I have been playing with both, learned about zap first but being super green in this and but i feel i made the most progress in zap. it feels better and i only came across make for the airborne during a follow along for a chatbot. so good point on the work load cause that would be a whole nother process i would have to learn. As of now i feel like that was the best option for a chat bot in the beginning but went right back to my interest in zap pretty quickly. 👑 ZAPIER 👑 wins lol

Hey there! Huge fan of your work. Question, so let's say you want to do an automation is zapier for a business. You make the automation on your own zapier platform but what if the organization wants several email addresses to be attached to the action? Let's say the notification goes to all departments across the company? Does It have the ability to group emails or how? Does it require single permission to each email address?
I believe the best way to accomplish your task would be by using a Gmail block and adding the necessary emails as CC or BCC. This way, when the task is executed, they will be notified as well!
