11:13 Actually that’s the strategy that me and my friend Natas used to defeat Supreme Calamitas. We would just summon slime god in the middle of the fight and since we had near end game weapons we’d just get a bunch of hearts, so actually I did think of that before.
(For reference we did it like 6 months ago lol)

ngl DoG was way harder than emechs and SCal on my playthrough, I beat SCal on 2nd try though it was on revengeance and coop

@@red-cap_shroom 2 shot if you’re playing menacing summoner sure. But even so there’s a number of life saving accessories you can use if you’re skill issuing. And if you still can’t stay alive, just get the draedon gaming chair to fly around with at mach 10 and also 5 mph. The bullet hell stuff that isn’t the phase switches really isn’t anything either man.

I used this strategy for my playthroughs aswell, SK and EOC are better bosses for hearts because you kill them way faster than slime gods

I beat the Astrum Deus before Golem... and then the polterghast right after the Moon Lord.
Astrum deus sucked for me. I was playing ranger and used electrosphere launcher with mini nukes on cute fishron mount in rain at full speed. When it lined up correctly, the elecrtrospheres hit every segment at once and shredded first phase in 5 seconds.

just stock up on summons and you have a free health pot, Wand of Sparking (the channel) does it every so often when the challenge runs get too hard
fun fact: i have a strategy similar to your slime god one that i like to call the heal-inator 2000™ which is a bunch of heart statues connected with wire to a 1/4 timer

I saw one guy do the slieme god strtegy but with eater of worlds, its nore efective since more co sistent herts and eater also lunges at you so you dont have to peck up hearts later, but the con you jave to spread corrupt on arena. It was true meele run i saw this strategy in if i remember corectly, the guy used it on exo mechs and it worked.

Pretty sure ive seen the same strategy in the wiki a while ago and it works really well althougj it wouldnt work really well if you use heartreach potions because as soon as you use one you might get all the hearts when you dont need them yet

Fun fact about astrum deus.... You can fairly consistently beat it pre golem or even pre planterra... And then cruise through hardmode lmao
I did that heart strategy with the eye of Cthulhu instead of slime god when fighting supreme calamitas, but slime god is definitely much more effective
Basically here is what I understood when I did kalamity moonlord with my friend. He is glitched to have two health bars. One belongs to you, the other to your friend. Basically he switches between the two health bars for some reason and his health regen for each health bar effects both at the same time. Basically this glitched fight becomes a battle of attrition. You ether need a lot of good RNG to have one moonlord stay on screen long enough for damage to be done or one will need to solo the boss for an average 20 mins. Have fun lol.

I just realized that if they are using the slime got strat already on providence (which is an quite easy and pretty balanced boss not gonna lie) i can't wait how they get one shotted on later bosses (especially cuz it's deathmode
2 things a iv been useing a sligjty diffrent vertion of that start for a while second it works even better with life steal ablitys such as vampire knives and there upgrades i dont tjink mage gets life steal wepons but just an idea
a lot of people have been killing king slimes during fights to get hearts, but is slime god drops more then 1 set of hearts it might be better

The slime god heart strat is actually a bug i think, it works with king slime too. i saw someone else exploit the king slime for infinite hearts a few months ago lol
After you two kill all the bosses and become giga op you should spawn a ton of bosses at once and see if you can melt them
How much you wanna bet Fabsol's gonna fix that heart strat, make it so fighting lesser bosses no longer drop hearts if you're fighting an on-progression boss.
