Cellop[hane can be purchased online, at florist wholesalers. It depends on seasonal stock. A white small dotted cellophane is excellent for wrapping hampers.
Hi Sorry for the late reply, you can join two pieces of cellophane together. The strip in the centre won't matter as you will be folding the cellophane to the top.

You can cellophane from online suppliers. Cellophanes do tend to change style regularly.
Lets say the basket is big. How would you wrap it if the plastic is smaller??
