I am a maintenance manager and the thing that amazes me is that other than car mechanics there is such a drought of people being interested in getting into the trades that people that are qualified are drying up. It pays well.

Maybe eventually trades people’s incomes will really make nice increases. I’m a Jet Engine Mechanic w A and P but I’m working with GE Aviation manufacturing turbine engine combustors. 17 years doing this and 20 as Jet Troop USAF. I haven’t seen any big pay increases due to labor shortages.

Democrats have convinced the junkies they can have a good income without working for it... money is simply something that arrives in the mailbox monthly if you will vote for them... 'other' people (illegals?) will do the work of providing goods and services... nothing new about this idea:
"When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic.“

The factory alternator can be made to work with an aftermarket ECU - just takes a little added wiring as the factory alternator relied on the Mopar ECU as the field/excitor signal.

Imagine having a 90k mile 67' factory 4 speed Coronet R/T and dropping $6k on an American Powertrain 5 speed swap and not being told you have to buzz a hole through your original floor pan and that factory hole just gets covered up. They didn't offer me a shifter knowing my original that I said I had wouldn't even work. Oh, one more thing. If you use their trans mount with a factory shroud your fan will need to be a lot smaller diameter due to the severe driveline angle error.
