I have my torts final tomorrow, and I'm a very auditory learner, so this really helped to tie all the information in together for me. Thank you!

I am a layman who wants to file a complaint against a public servent who unlawfully and corruptly issued an illegal licence to a person to run a factory making use of resident's private way causing obstruction, annoyance and disturbance etc to the people in general dwelling on either side of the private way. These types of things are quite common in India. None of the nearby advocates I approached is capable of drafting a proper petition respecting this. Your lectures are of great to help to me. Thank you.
