I was lucky, 21 years ago I realised I had to change, but the group therapy thing wasn't an option for me. I went cap in hand o my parents and between us we managed to put me back together. I've been waiting a long time for someone to have a rational, original, courageous view of helping people who are struggling with addiction. I've known more than a few who have passed, who would have benefited and a friend at the moment who has just relapsed after nine years.

Very similar story to my own, especially the younger years.. I came from a family of 5 siblings, and a father who left.. I understand his pain and vibrant energy, An energy that keeps you alive.. Incidentally I did time in Feltham back in the day a scary place back the day.. This interview brought back a lot of memories from my escapades in London.. Thanks shaun for this one!

Amazing focus and logic to the approach to addiction . You have an amazing attitude and good brain ... Shaun great control as always , with dignity and lead . I have never understood why the call it recovery , cancer center etc... you are what you think you are .. positivity plays such a huge role
