This is a very rare example of a man who's brain and memory works at the same time as his mouth. A fantastic talker and storyteller with a moral code, and ethical point of view, that should be applauded.
Hi Shaun, Tony is a great guest yet again and I say this because our society needs people like him to help educate and steer young people in the right direction. Dignity is lacking and a poor moral compass need to be helped by Tony types as many kids will listen to him more than someone without his experience.
This fella has the right idea on which direction our kids and government have to go...onya mate from Oz

Great podcast. Tony is a really humble guy it's something I notice a lot when i listen to people in that life teaches you a lot.
Tony talking about girls getting a negative message online about their appearance and facebook being slaves to the pound note at any cost is spot on. It actually takes people talking about this shit for it to change, so I've now become a big Tony Gooch fan.

Watched loads of your podcasts for a while now but always skipped watching Tony as thought mma fighter in prison didn't really sound my cuppa tea but finally watched episode 1 the other night and so glad I did great podcast such a truthful switched on bloke with some great stories Tony needs his own show

I've had so many arguments about suicide ...some people say it's cowardly but wtf must someone be thinking before they jump ...it's not that simple ...and I think it scares some people cos they secretly know it can happen to anybody...
To jump to your death goes against all your survival instincts ...you have to be in a fucking bad way to over ride all instincts to survive....

I guarantee you if one of those uneducated, non-compassionate people saying it's cowardly experienced major depression as a biological disorder for a week or two they'd be begging to go back to their normal selves / lives and be contemplating suicide as well. It's an actual biological disorder not just a matter of 'perspective'.

Cowardice has fuck all to do with it and it's about time people stopped saying it because their the cowards...their shit scared that it's a human condition and it could happen to them.
Maybe if their wasn't such ignorance more people could open up about the desperation their going thru....it makes me sick ...the loved ones I've lost ...I hope it doesn't happen to them so they don't have to learn the hard way .

His escape story from the previous pod cast is one of the funniest things I've ever heard.....I lived in that life for years and I was in and out of jail so I totally understand how ridiculous it may seem

@the white rabbit uk canam missing project” check his TH-cam. He won’t explore a case that all avenues haven’t been explored. The parents, friends, families etc usually always report them. I very much recommend having a look as he is telling us about stories that won’t otherwise be told. The man is also I believe very honest and is not out for “views” and “likes” and if you like Shaun Atwood, it’s probably right up your street.
