The rest of the draft was more or less me being fairly happy and then waking up a dog when we traded up to 86 and I realized willis was on the still on the board.

Gotta admit: When we drafted a Center in the second round, I was screaming, "Nakobe Dean was RIGHT THERE!", and "Kelce's the ONLY member of O-Line that hasn't missed starts!" ...but, then ... Dean was still there in the third round. Fell right into our lap, and... yeah, feeling pretty good about this. Also, the Cowboys getting worse in the offseason definitely helps.
Dean obviously has huge talent but do realize he has injuries to damn near every part of his body?! Infact they're saying he should have surgery before the season & he is refusing. So he either gets hurt in season which obviously nobody wants to see but then he for sure has surgery after his rookie year. That's why he slid! If he can stay healthy, hell of a steal for sure!
It's crazy how many teams seem to have had really good drafts this year. I know I never follow too much draft stuff, but it always felt closer to 50/50 in the "good"/"bad" draft department.

Remember people said DK wasn't a very good receiver coming out of college. I will be floored if Velus comes anywhere close to being like DK.

My *real* problem with the draft is trading back for a buncha depth pieces and letting David Ojabo fall to a division rival. I think he would've been fantastic after a season learning from Myles Garrett, just so long as Myles didn't try and make him buy any of his NFTs...
Best Seahawks draft since 2012. Bookend tackles, a beast pass rusher, a home run hitter to pair with Penny, 2 solid corners and the receivers were both great value in the 7th.
I don't think people realize also that the only SB win for the Hawks is when Wilson and the Hawks were ranked 30th in the league with 420 pass attempts. Defense and their running game was the MAIN reason the Hawks won that SB...
IMO, The 2022-2023 season will be one of the greatest ever. It looks like every team has improved and there is no clear cut "dogs" that you can pencil as an easy win. Really can't wait for the season to start!

As a Cardinals Draft, I actually liked their Draft Choices. I'm just hoping the Marquise Brown Trade ends up being great because that 1st Round Pick could've been great. But in general it was great!

Still wish we could've grabbed Metcalf but whatever. He drafted Budda Baker, David Johnson aka the guy who had a couple great years before being used to get Hopkins, Tyrann Mathieu which is explanatory and Markus Golden. Though I do give it to you he has had more misses than hits. Plus it seems he strikes gold a good amount of times in the 2nd to 3rd rounds considering how we got David Johnson and Mathieu in the third and then in the 2nd, Byron Murphy and Budda Baker.

IMO, The 2022-2023 season will be one of the greatest ever. It looks like every team has improved and there is no clear cut "dogs" that you can pencil as an easy win. Really can't wait for the season to start!

As a Cardinals Draft, I actually liked their Draft Choices. I'm just hoping the Marquise Brown Trade ends up being great because that 1st Round Pick could've been great. But in general it was great!

@@xxyxyxhabanamek0 We got Myjai Sanders and Marquise Brown in the trade so that's fun. And Steve Keim can draft actually. Though he has overlooked some talent. Still wish we could've grabbed Metcalf but whatever. He drafted Budda Baker, David Johnson aka the guy who had a couple great years before being used to get Hopkins, Tyrann Mathieu which is explanatory and Markus Golden. Though I do give it to you he has had more misses than hits. Plus it seems he strikes gold a good amount of times in the 2nd to 3rd rounds considering how we got David Johnson and Mathieu in the third and then in the 2nd, Byron Murphy and Budda Baker.

@@Dee-jd6ym As I said a 1st Round Pick was a overpay. But considering the players we got and how it helps with our defense and our offense(as well as keeping Murray happy), I'm fine with it. The Ravens did get Linderbaum but I think it was more equal than what some other would think.

@@PrimeToons4675 Carolina fan here also. Last year Sam started out strong when we still had CMC. The moment he was hurt and our line was exposed teams were allowed to pin their ears back and just rush. I am hoping with a better line and CMC back he can grow, I want the dude to succeed.
