@@sdvarma2455 siliguri were exchanged for bihari terai region with nepal and sikkim joined itself to avoid china. Terai is the most fertile land of nepal so it feeds them and silguri connects northeast india, sikkim joined itself. india didnt get anything by force.

The Tai Ahoms also known as Tai Mao/Shan are migrated from Yunan /Ruile/Mungmao/Chipsonpanna, China.. Now we're live in Upper Assam and our ancestors build a strong dynasty in Assam and ruled the entire northeast for 600 years.... Plz do research and make a video on us you can find more about Tai Ahom in Wikipedia....

We assamese people are mostly Ahoms. They originated in the Chinese province of Yunnan and began migrating into Indochina and northern Myanmar (Burma) in the first centuries ad. That's why we somewhat look like chinese or Mongolian

We the karbi people tribe also look like Chinese. An ancient time there same family of Tibet and language also little similar . But now is northeast indian family... love from ASSAM.
