Great video! I just repaired and replace the o ring that was hard and leaking fuel at the primer mechanism under the solenoid. I like your repair

My 2008 90 does the same thing. Checked everything. Going to try to fit this in. Great idea. Thanks for the video.

Great video. I have the same issue on a Yamaha 115hp TXRZ a V4 2 stroke could you explain to me on my type of engine the place where the fuel will be installed. On your video does not really explain or at least visible where the second hose goes. You explained that it’s attached to Reed block housing but does that carry fuel at least on mine doesn’t could it go on fuel lines that go to carburetor? Thanks

Do you have the part numbers? Seems like a more effective prime.

Where did you get the primer plunger?

Looks to me like that little red knob is in the "enricher OFF" position. Which will make cold start difficult.

How can such a huge, experienced company like Yamaha make an engine that doesn`t even start?

Your priming straight fuel in a 2 stroke motor good way to blow it up

Tell that to the manufacturers that have been using them for 30 plus years on 2 strokes.

My 40hp Yamaha is pre-mix so that's not a problem for me.
