Hi Luke. Hope you and your family had a fabulous Christmas, and wishing you all the best for the New Year, and see you in 2025. Thankyou for your videos, and look forward to seeing more of them, Barbara, xxx
Just finished 5 years on nights. Found it easier in the dark reversing using the marker lights and hazards flashing to judge the back end .One place we had to blindside back into a corner with a massive floodlight on the opposite side which made it worse.
Nice blindside reverse in the dark there young sir ! I did nights for over 4 years so iv done a few pitch black yards myself, but happily retired now leaving that to you young bucks ! 😂 stay safe out there mucka
@lukecinahgv the best way to load timber is to put the bottom packs flush with the side of the trailer you will have a gap in the middle of them then butt the top packs together side by side it makes them more sturdy to carry
Happy New Year nearly 80000 subscribers wow keep it going Great to see your videos i hope to see more in 2025 lol a bit more than me lol I got 15 Subscribers lol
Hi Luke Another great video. As a fellow trucker (class 2 only) the only complaint I have watching your videos is your hi-viz. I just keep mine on all day, it’s as light as a feather but you keep putting yours on and off repeatedly. I’d there a reason you take yours off in the cab? Apart from that keep up the good work. Your videos give a great insight into the work a trucker does 👍
Fair enough. I work for a builder’s merchant so quite a lot of my deliveries are to muddy building sites. Keeping the cab clean (especially at this time of year) is a nightmare
I know it is not the done thing but I occasionally set the tacho on break while |I was being loaded to avoid school traffic or when I was in a big hurry to make my next destination on time.
Has your sat nav ever gone berserk? Mine on route wants to divert at next junction. I Have been driving with mine for last three years. No problem. Now If I plan a direct route to Penrith from Pershore. It wants me to turn off motorway at Worcester. Or another junction coming up.this keeps recurring. i have reset it twice. No joy. Because I know the route. I'm OK. I use it for speed cameras mainly. It's either I have pressed a wrong key or it's the sat nav. Any ideas?
LUKE YOU SHOULD GET YOURSELF A VERY BRIGHT TORCH OR LAMP THAT ATTACHES THROUGH SUCTION THAT WAY YOU CAN SUCTION IT TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK AND YOU WILL HAVE A LIT UP SIDE WITHOUT HAVING TO HOLD YOUR TORCH ESPECIALLY FOR BLINDSIDE REV. Or alternatively buy yourself the brightest torch in the world for like £500 and place that in the grass and it will look as if the sun has come up 🤣
@lukecinahgv I'm not trying to be smart with ya just a genuine question. I drive an sway myself and would be interested in seeing a walk around video of your truck... you seem to be keeping it very well. Painted mudguards are very hard to mind.👍👍
I do have waterproof trousers but chose not to put them on. I leave my hood out because i find it uncomfortable inside. And I’m glad I talk waffle. Better than saying nothing on camera
I have brakes when legally required mate. I’m not paid by the hour. I’m paid by the day and quite frankly the earlier I’m parked up the better. So no. I don’t milk brakes. Thanks for commenting
Think ya in wrong job mate, that's not pitch black, level solid ground, and a bit of rain.that looks great to me ,no traffic or pedestrians. Dont understand the pitch black statements.the light of beacons would be enough.
No, it was pitch black. When filming cameras do their best to create more light. It was darker in person than on camera. It was pitch black. How am I in the wrong job? I did it first time.
@lukecinahgv dought you ever seen pitch black, no stars, lights in distance no matter how many miles away. Former miners would understand pitch black.reason for wrong job comment, was you seem to always make out its worse or moan about it.if it's safe just get job done.
Like fly a plane? Drive a train? I drive a HGV and I go to different places in each video delivering different product. How is this video (a video where I’m predominantly on farms) the same as the last video (where I deliver and collect in towns) ? Different places Different product The only thing the same is me, the truck and trailer. I’ve been doing this 8 years. Almost every Week. Yeah, some might be similar. But I do struggle not see how this one is the same. If it isn’t for you, don’t watch. I’m okay with that. If you enjoy it. Great Thankyou. But like seriously dude, if I come across somthing I don’t like, I just scroll on, watch another video. I don’t need to tell the creator it’s boring. Because it’s rude and I was bought up better than that.
That night time drive on country roads was so fun to watch thanks for Including all the footage
Glad you enjoyed it😊

Hi mate thanks for the comment. Yes I try to taken off because it’s dirty or wet. I try to keep inside as clean as possible 😊

Sometimes you have no choice.
I get it mate 😊
Great to see you back Luke , missed your content there for a couple of weeks, were you away on a break ?
Great video as usual
Urm, combination of feeling unwell and break 😂
happy new year
You need some loading lights put on the back off your deflecta kit
Yeah that would be nice!
Ooo yeah sorry forgot undoing straps is hard graft mate 🤣🤦♂️
Never said it was hard graft mate 😘

I'm curious why the truck doesn't have some reversing lights mounted up high on the back of the cab for just such circumstances?
Not all trucks have flatbeds. But yes it would be helpful
😎👍

Not a bad shout 😂😂
You seem to have alot of lights broken/ not working on your truck why is this?? Were they wired by a main dealer?
@@damienlongworth4400 trapped wire somewhere. All legally required lights Work .

anyone know where I can get the head torch?
Amazon, Ebay, Temu. I think Luke says his is rechargeable.
Hi mate. Was just a simple head torch search on Amazon. Think there was two in a pack :)
Halstead Lorries go that way all the time to Sudbury or right on the roundabout to Colchester for the a12
You worry to much
Thanks for letting me know. Appreciate you
@ any time chap my local patch drive it everyday when at work
I don't do dark anymore
Getting dark early atm though 😂
no subtitles ?
May take a while for it to render them in
Hi luke
I was wondering what has happened to Trucker Jay.?
He’s still driving. Just taking time away from social media.
You’re seeing problems that aren’t there.
Which part/s?
Why do you not have waterproof trousers, and why leave your hood out an awful lot of waffle and speculation i thought you carried meals in a bottle!
I do have waterproof trousers but chose not to put them on. I leave my hood out because i find it uncomfortable inside. And I’m glad I talk waffle. Better than saying nothing on camera
Imagine being a bellend
Commenting utter bollocks
Get a life sad fuck
Don’t like his content don’t watch simples
You must be get paid by the hour milking the clock with breaks
I have brakes when legally required mate. I’m not paid by the hour. I’m paid by the day and quite frankly the earlier I’m parked up the better. So no. I don’t milk brakes. Thanks for commenting
You do realise HGV drivers have to have breaks by law right?
I get paid by the hour and I milk it like a milk farmer.

But job was done was it not?
Boring
Don’t watch then… 😂 only one person chose to watch and that was you 👍🏻
Your videos are all the same.
Do something different.
It’s his job mate not sure he can do much different…
Like fly a plane? Drive a train? I drive a HGV and I go to different places in each video delivering different product. How is this video (a video where I’m predominantly on farms) the same as the last video (where I deliver and collect in towns) ?

Don’t watch then , go and bore your neighbours
In the US parking up can be a nightmare, everywhere is always full. Is that a problem you guys have as well?
Yes it can be. Services can be full. So I personally offend park in industrial estates
It's all gravy baby 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 is this truckers talk.....
No can’t say I’ve ever heard another trucker say it. It’s a me thing
