    1. No medicine. Have fiberous vegetables with healthy fats like ghee, drink more water.
    2. Pranayam.
    3. Light meals.
    4. Slow eating. Chew for longer.
    5. Trifola chrurn/haritaki churn. Though have them occasionally. Otherwise when taken everyday for longer periods, nutrition will be thrown out of the body too.
    6. Drink more who sits all day in air condition.

    धन्यवाद स्वामी जी कब्ज दूर करने के बारे में इस तरह से व्याख्यान दिया। अपनी 66 साल की उम्र में पहली बार यह सुना कि कब्ज कोई बिमारी नहीं बल्कि यह तो दिन चर्या का ग़लत रहने सहन का नतीजा है। इस को ऐसे ही ठीक किया जा सकता है।

    प्रणाम गुरुजी 🙏, मैं 11 वर्ष की आयु से डिप्रेशन में थी..पेट खराब होने के कारण। अंतिम 5 साल से डिप्रेशन एंग्जायटी पैनिक अटैक, क्रोनिक कॉन्स्टिपेशन से जूझ रही थी। किन्तु आज 24 वर्ष की आयु में मैने इन सभी मनोरोग और कॉन्स्टिपेशन से मुक्ति पा ली। आयुर्वेद आपसे समझ कर खुद को काबिल भी बना रही जहां मेरी जीने की चाह खत्म हो गयी थी। 💚

      @Whatsapp status hi ! Constipation is like fever vo aegi galt lifestyle se. Mujhe 20-22 din tak stool pass nhi hote the. Itni chronic constipation thi. Subah 4 bje uthti hu 1 hr, yoga sweaty workouts krti meditate krti. hr din ki goal achieve krti (study) isse faltu ki overthinking se bachti jiska relation stomach pr padta. Non-Veg nhi khati. Mujhe mainly physical exercise na krne, over thinking, aur biological clock ko follow na krne se hui thi.

    I was using laxative suspension for months altogether. But as soon as i watched your video & heard you say, not to take any medicine for more than a week to relieve your constipation, & you also said you'll get your bowel cleansed in a day or two, i just went by that word, and it really worked. even before i could try the remedies you listed, my constipation is ridden. It was only because of what you asserted. You are indeed a guru of Ayurveda!

So Maine bas laxative lena band Kia, & next din hi actually mera pet saf hua. Par ha Maine badme unhone jo bhi kaha sab follow Kia.       I think you take Dhania saunf Mishri Chai, boil water, add ! Table Spoon of it, keeps it for 10 minits, then take is. Please not to BOIL mixture, add it after flame off.
      I tried & tested it & found relief from Day One, some 2 yr, ago, not required to take it again. Rest on each person Body Chemistry & life style. Tks

    I have constipation, and i know itis totally right its dont need any medecine.My father's family have this problem.For this,we eat more vegetable than others,fibre is medicine for it.

      Guruji mujhe 10 saal se pet ki taklif hai aur meri age matra 25 saal hai, Mujhe kam se kam 4 baar toilet jana padta hai.
      1. Please thode "precautions" aur "additional tips" bhi bata dijiye jisse ke main thik ho sakoon.
      2. Kya chai-coffee se fark padta hai, waise main zyada nahi pita just asking.
      3. Mera digestion weak hai aur main underweight hoon.
      4. Triphala choorn se mujhe kuchh bhi fayda nahi hota ek din kaa bhi nahi.

    I have couple of question, Pls may I request you to clear my doubts.
    1. I heard that when we have triphala churna in the morning it gives nutrition to the body and when we have it in the evening it clear the stomach, so is it okay to continue triphala churan only in the morning?
    2. And is it okay to take gomutra ark only in the morning or we need to take ark twice a day (in the evening as well)? I do work late shift so it's bit difficult to take it to my work place.

    Swamiji I am Mamta aged 50yrs and having arthiritis since 25 years. I have been taking Harshigaar leaves kaada since 6 days but I am not feeling any sign of relief in my arthritis pain.
    My all small and big joint are paining and are stiff.
    Please advise what to do and how many days will the kaada take to give me relief.

      While travelling to Delhi from Mumbai by train it will take 15 hours . Naturally 15 hours will take to come back from Delhi to Mumbai .The same thing in decease to since last 25 years. Dont expect to cure within a week, take harsingar kadha for 40 days at least.
