Hi everyone! Today I present to you a very tasty and easy recipe. Grated potato and bell pepper pancakes are a great idea for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Crispy and tasty, these pancakes leave no one indifferent. They are simply irresistible and addictive! A few simple ingredients are enough to prepare them and anyone can make them! Just grate the potatoes :) In just a few minutes you can prepare the most delicious potato and pepper pancakes in the world! Try them and let me know in the comments how much you liked them!
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes
- Half onion
- Half a sweet pepper
- Half a cup of kefir
- 1 egg
- 150 g (5 oz) of wheat flour
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- Oil
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 125 g (half cup) of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of spicy sauce

Just would like to know, don't you have to squeeze the water out of the potatoes otherwise it will go mushy?

@@bionicmimiThat batter perhaps works better with the yoghurt. Otherwise I use breadcrumbs for texture and taste as you say. but I never tried it with yoghurt which sounds like an interesting and tasty idea.

Why do you use a SPATULA to stir up each ingredient you add???? A wooden spoon would work much better and that’s not really what a spatula was made for. 🤷🏻♀️
