Love listening to you two, no matter what you're talking about. Seeing the wall of yarn behind you is also very inspiring. I find myself mentally putting together combinations. So many patterns, so little time! Both of your Pressed Flowers cardigans are beautiful.
I promise I was listening to what was being said, but the entire time I was thinking I wonder if I would look as good in a dress (yellow) like hers? I just really love how you look in that dress with the shawl. So much that I feel the need to go buy that style of dress in several colors and knit up that shawl to go with them. You look so beautiful and comfortable.
Great podcast, beautiful yarn and love the chat time. don't change. :). Happy news about daughter and family moving closer.. YAY for all. Love you guys..
Former Mass & NH resident here. Never been but know where Block Island is! My "Rhinebeck" sweater is The Traveler Hoodie, by Andrea Mowry. Can't go 😢, but will be with all, in Spirit!! Love the knitting.
Great to “see” you ladies! Glad your hubby is doing better, Justine. Love hearing all of the updates - yarn, crochet (knitting) AND social, for sure! 😉 Happy Shows - SO EXCITING! & cool vibes from the Oh! Xx ☺️🫶🏻🧶 PS, I never thought I would say this, but I wish I lived in RI!
@@TheSkeinScoopPodcast :-) my podcast is called "strik og sludder" wich can be translated into Knitting and chatting. It is in danish only unfortunately ( my english is too rusty I'm afraid ) and I've been podcasting for five years now. Had my podilaeum last month. I really enjoy the two of you just chatting away like I myself do, and of course to see all the knitting you produce.
Thanks again Lori and Justine for another enjoyable and inspiring episode! Beautiful finished and works in process! Wished I lived closer! Have a great trunk show!. Happy Knitting 🧶😊
Justine, I'm so sorry your husband tore his Achilles!! My husband did that many years ago, and it took awhile to heal. Not fun! And, that orange spill on your knitting. !!!! The Hopemade yarn is lovely, and I've just added La Pouf to my list!! You have a wonderful list of upcoming events! I sure wish I lived closer!!
I did the neutra wrap using Miss Babs yummy 2 ply, and to knit following the pattern directions, you need 2 skeins of the main color since they are 400 yds. BTW, it's really a fun knit.
For the One & Done 400 yards leaves you just short on the picot bind off. There are alternate instructions to omit it, but you need a skein a bit over 400 yards if you want the picot edging. ❤😊
