He wasn't a third world superstar he was an entire world superstar and the only race transcended was the human race! He was your brother and mine and father of reggae music!

I bet you say this because you are from the so called First World. Reggae is BLACK MUSIC from the THIRD WORLD. Thousands of rich white hippies listening to it will not change the fact. Hail Burning Spear.

@littleidiot153 it was good. It felt like a love letter from the people that knew bob marley personally. The movie is short, but the messege behind some of the scenes were very deep. I woold give it a 7.5/10

Imagine had Marley lived a full life and the potential was reached? The world was very lucky to have him, look and listen to his massive contributions in his short time with us,difficult to even comprehend what he achieved and the impact on the history of music and life itself! God bless RIP sir Bob!

Bob lived a life to the max............plenty of people have lived 90 years and never amounted to anything neither positive or negative but simply woke up each day and slept at the end of each day. His life whilst short was complete and what he accomplished is a fuller life than most people ever live. length of life is irrelevant.

Bob Marley was a 20th Century prophet. He spoke against oppression and injustice towards humanity. He was assassinated by the CIA for being too vocal. A life cut short for speaking the truth. Bob's message and music is immortal. He will live forever.

What was in Bob Marley came out, it showed not only in his music but his walk, (like a King) his talk, interviews (like a prophet) his family (love influence) he answered questions the way Jesus Christ did sometimes with a question. He didn't flaunt his success especially what the world sees or calls success. Long remembered for exactly what he was. It is so wonderful to see his family living his Legacy!

Bob was a lead guitar player and only used the guitar as a platform to lay his songs and melodies on. But he was mad about good guitar solos...Jimi Hendrix never consider himself as a song writer nor a singer he only wanted to be A guitarist in a band and nothing else!
Now imagine if Jimi would had not left the world that early, he and bob together would of change the world for good! 😂😂😂!
And also, i see lots of similitudes between those 2. Listen to their lyrics, Jimi: " Scuz me while i kiss the sky!" (Lightening a joint), Bob:" Scuz me while i light my spliff!".
And look how both of them when listening to someone talking had always got that tic to roll the right corner of their moustache between the thumb and the index!
So sad im not gifted enough to follow the path of our great men ( BB King, James Brown, Miles Davis, Jimi Hendrix, Chevalier de St George...etc...)! Im a guitarist but i can do only what others have done before me!
Anyway, nowadays evil generation don`t even know what music is anymore (Thanks to our white Brothers that don`t give up the blues nor the Rock`n Roll), that`s why even a Pakistani or an Arab goat keeper can get billions of views on the net and be a "pop star" as they wish!

16:21 Lately I take great offense when anyone calls Jamaica a 3rd world country. 😡
    Jamaica is an island 🏝
Besides that Poverty is world wide 🌎
    Nothing 3rd world about it..
And where is & what is 1st or 2nd world?
That disturbs me..because when you really think on the word play it makes no sense 😕

Your not informed well enough. You should interview the studio engineers the session players and the people that was with him of the stage.
You will find out the for a good while Rita was in her own hotel room and not with her husband.

Yes, Bob saw black under his big toenail which was diagnosed as a cancer (ALM = Acela lentiginous melanoma). Treatment was recommended along with the recommendation that his toe be amputated, which he refused. ( _all_ people should check all over for unusual dark spots and have them checked out when found. ALM develops on hairless skin such as under nails, soles of feet or palms of hands. It’s pretty rare, but curable when treated early). Today in memory of Bob there is a “love Your Skin Protect Your Skin” awareness campaign to raise awareness through skin cancer education and early detection , particularly for skin of color.
