Her voice actor switched after episode 18, except for the final episode I think? There are actually two recordings for Episode 18, the broadcast with the British accent and the one released on the DVD with the original VA.

Brak finds out from Clarence (a witness and the one who called the police) that they killed Zorak but assumes Dad is Zorak upon seeing him. Mom, whom doesn’t want a witness, then takes Clarence to a basement and turns him into sausages. Its revealed that the crazy Mom was a lookalike named Brenda for while she was on holiday. The wizard teleports inside the house and brings the newer Zorak which is Zoraks head on a female body.
