- You've returned after a haircut a few months ago, this time looking for a hot towel shave with the infamous straight razor.
I actually recorded the audio of the shaving myself, using the same razor to try and make it as authentic as possible. I hope you enjoy :)

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

You are quickly becoming one of my most favorite artists. Your voice along with the accent are knee buckling inducing. And your role plays are so smooth and believable. You should study acting. You're probably my 2nd favorite ASMR artist. Sorry you're not the first! That credit goes to Angelica ASMR who's acting, humor and roleplays are all highly creative and unique, and so are yours! However, what her videos don't give me are the elusive and lovely tingles, which I've gotten from you plenty of times and is why you take me there. Keep notching up the acting skills, originality, and ingenuity and perhaps you'll take top spot! Lovely work as per usual though, no complaint.

Ally Blogs yes no matter what the roleplay he always knows a lot about the subject.
Ally Blogs He said in a comment once that he doesnt script it, which I think is great, adds to the immersion. Obviously I'm sure he reads up on the subject beforehand and uses certain props.
Yes he obviously does a lot of research! I still find it very impressing how he expresses himself so confidently. That's some great acting!
You know, these videos are so immersive, I didn't even think about the fact that you can't have actually been cut by an apprentice barber until the third time I watched this.
I actually cut myself while recording the sounds of shaving :D I was sat in front of the yeti, shaving blindly, just to make the sounds genuine haha. I had no intention of even mentioning it, but when the camera is on and I'm in full "wing it" mode, all sorts of things come out of my mouth :D I think my brain was just trying to keep it as believable as possible.

I've never shaven my face but this video had such great sounds. New favorite.
