I'm a 1yr and 6mos college graduate at that time and just really struggling to find a job because of the pandemic. Being pressured and feeling that I am being left behind, I always find it hard to sleep. Then she recommended your vlog to me. And Zoe, your vlog indeed helps me a lot to relax at night for me to fall asleep. So when I noticed that you rarely do cafe vlogs, I really did miss it, but after reading your post on ig that you're having a hard time, I totally understand it. We miss you so much Zoe!! 🤍 we now rarely talk by the internet friend who introduced you to me, but I still watch and wait for your cafe vlogs! And every time I watch you, I will always remember her. You will always be a reminder of her. That once, during my darkest days, there was a stranger on the internet who tried to save me! 🤍

I’m now a graduate in your same place, looking for a job and struggling to find one as I graduated a few months ago, but here I am still finding comfort in these vlogs. I have been watching Zoe's vlogs for ages, I feel a sense of comfort whenever I watch her making coffee and plating desserts. And after reading these comments I realized I am not the only one.
4:45 as someone who has worked as barista and learned from an uncle, who participated in barista competitions, to have more even heart I would recommend to pour milk like this: take your cup and tilt it slightly towards the steaming pitcher and kind of sway it, so the coffee would make a vortex (idk how to call it, it's my second language :_) ) and pour milk till the half of the cup. Then, you will need to do vice versa, hold the cup still and pour milk with circling movements. Once you almost reach the top of cup, you can use the cream to make a nice art. I hope this will help someone (srry for my grammar)
