weekends I work in sales of healthy desserts. Let me tell you, you're not the only one who doesn't want to wash utensils when cutting portions. The same thing happens to me as to you that sometimes the portion of cake falls badly on the plate and I have to be smart to solve it to have a happy customer. The other days I work in pastry production and it's the same story of not wanting to wash the molds and other things we use because it takes a long time, we give ourselves tremendous reflections on life while we wash the utensils. love your video I hope more please. if you are still working there, try shaking gently the jar when serving the pulp. Little vibrations could help to make the pulp go loose and slide so you wouldn't have to use the spoon.
