@@nataliestewart6706 pant patterns are not that different between women and men. You can use this method for women’s pants

But seam allowance is there in pattern or we have to add the seam allowance after wards ??
@@shurahbiltharani9891 Pattern doesn’t have seam allowance. You have to add it.
But seam allowance will be on botha back and front and how much on 4 sides ???
@@shurahbiltharani9891 1cm or 1:2” would be good for all around and 1 1/2” - 2” for the pant hem.
@@PatternStudio101 so messurement of hem and bottom will be increased by 1 inches more of actual measurement. Because after dividing by 4 u added 1/2 inches in both sides on back

So hem u took 8 ie 16 inches but after making the pattern and adding seam allowance i got ready pant measurement 17 of hem
