Hi, I have a quick question. In the pricing it says that the pipeline and sales engagement is add on, that includes the lead scoring. What does the add-on mean? Do you have to pay additionaly?
Hi there, I like the theory you describe for contact scoring. But how do you tackle that fact that 1. (certainly in B2B) bots clicks on links in e-mails before the contact gets that email in his inbox. 2. That ActiveCampaign doesn't track Apple emails. I'm really curious how you handle that because for me lead/contact scoring is in reality not a great tool.
