So what I'm hearing is, Push and Topple are basically an attack + Shove action at the same time. Only those abilities are tied to the weapon, not the character. So if I were to play a kobold with a Topple sledgehammer..? Honestly, I feel like the Mastery system is basically another Feat system. It just happens to be a weapon enhancement instead, which means the enhancement can be passed on to whoever manages to wrestle the weapon out of the character's hands. Including enemies.
Kind of? The difference between feats and mastery is feats you can pick and choose the ones you want and mastery you're stuck with whatever one is attached to the weapon you want to use.
