1 kg full fat milk
250 g ghee
250 g khoya/ mawa
FOR SUGAR SYRUP:-
1kg sugar
2 cups of water ( 400 ml )
1 tsp kewra water
1/2 tsp cardamom water
2-3 green cardamom
DRY FRUITS:-
15-20 almonds
2 tbsp resin
2 tbsp coconut
2 tbsp pistachio
1 tbsp chirongi
