This is a crap movie. This does not come close to Vijay and Ajith walking in slow motion with mass bgm in the background and beating the shit out of hundreds of villains and flying around performing impossible stunts. Who needs a good storyline and logic when you can watch Ajith and Vijay with world-class acting skills on the big screen. /S
@@TheSmackupyou don't have to put one down to praise another. Ajith and Vijay are good actors, its just that they stick to the overused one man against the world kinda scripts. An industry need to have a good balance of the regular mass commercial cinema, more serious socially important content based cinema and experimental artistic cinema. And I think Tamil movie industry is currently the best in terms of the said balance. Malayalam industry is abundant in very good scripts and socially important content, which is good. But after a point even the audience themselves felt the need for a break from such heavy topics and to have the theatrical experience of a refreshing entertaining commercial movie. Thus movies like thallumala, rdx, beeshmaparvam, etc became successful. Telungu industry is the opposite of this, they are abundant with mass commercial cinema. But Tamil industry is definitely well balanced. They have really good content oriented movies like asuran, maamannan, visaranai, soorarai pottru, jai bhim and many more as well as the old styled commercial hits like their, mankatha, mersal, Vikram etc. They also have experimental movies like super deluxe, maaveeran, etc which are also accepted by the audience. And this is coming from a malayali who is very proud of Malayalam film industry. But I think Tamil industry is doing a great job now.
