When I was active in the scene like 15-16 years ago, Kamui was dominating all the boards. Back then, a score like this would have been well beyond a world record, and here she just pulls it off during a random live session at the arcade? At least I can believe Kamui is human when she stops firing during some of BH MkII shot patterns in order to focus on visibility + dodging, a handicap I also use in my trash-tier 1CCs.
Touho is not an STG. That is fake (ZUN betrayed TAITO). However, Garega is a true STG. This is the perfect scoring game. This player's score is impossible.
No. _No._ Touhou is _not_ harder than this. People have managed to get No Misses on Touhou with really high scores. But Battle Garegga... that rank system will f--k you right in the a-hole. Also, I love Touhou. But Garegga is HARDCORE.
@@ZyoAISim Touhou is a game where you play as a character in a vertically scrolling arena shooting oncoming enemies. Therefore it is a stg (shooting game). Denying that it is such is like saying Castlevania: Symphony of the Night isn't a metroidvania because it has ARPG elements.
seems like a nice little game but what a huge stepback on this generation of console when u see the shoothemups we had o dreamcast and ten on 360 mainly from cave who are gorgeous and 10 times more beautiful than this simple 16 bits style game.. i'm happy to have kept my 360 for these gems, but unhappy to see the these same shmups are not working anymore on IOS 11 because cave doesnt care do repackage the games files in 64 bits app.
"Huge step back".. If it wasn't for this game and the others from Raizing and Toaplan before it, there would be no Cave games on your goofy ios devices. This is the pinnacle of shoot em ups.
