  • Thought I would take you all on a little tour of the beautiful Peabody campus :). It's so pretty when the flowers are starting to bloom during springtime, and I love that this school has a rich historical background.
Peabody is a conservatory, though is now attached to Johns Hopkins University so we get to be part of both worlds! Some places featured today are: the Peabody Library, Friedberg Hall, Griswold Hall, Mount Vernon (Baltimore), practice rooms, the plaza, among others. Hope you enjoyed the video!

LOVE the first Library and the statues holding musical instruments!! Coming from someone who probably will never have the chance to see this Institute in person, thank you so much for making this video

My Alma Matter!!! I graduated from there in 2007 and really miss that place. I keep getting invites to alumni gatherings but I now live in NC.

Thanks for bringing me to visit one of my dream school~ Heard that Baltimore city was a danger city with high crime rate, what do you think it according to your life here?

hi! so glad you enjoyed :). when I first visited, I also thought Baltimore was pretty dangerous and felt concerned about it. however, after one year of living there, my opinions on it have changed so much. While is a city one should be careful in, I've found a lot of beauty in the area overall and don't feel limited in any way (except being extra cautious when traveling alone, esp at night but that's a good practice in general). I feel really safe on school grounds for sure, and once you start to live here you get a better feel for which areas are safer and whatnot. hope this helps!!

I would not ever be able to climb all those steps with me dealing with Multiple Sclerosis as a violinist
