There's unfortunately only so much I can do to improve this inherently awful design. It's cool to see how much I've improved in just 4 short years. I hope to improve a lot in 4 more years!

You're so much better at sketches LOL I'm so critical with myself I always end up giving up before I even hit the outline

My best advice is to practice! Sketch-to-outline is hard for me too LOL, especially if it's a position I'm not familiar with, but it's about having a visualisation of what lines you want to keep, it isn't easy and I still have a way to go myself but I believe you can do it! :D

what app do you use to draw/animate ?

I use the time lapse feature on Autodesk Sketchbook! For animation I use Flipaclip (although I don't really like using Flipaclip lol)
