The mountain scene is so good - I love how you've customised it to make your own Rocky Mountain range and added in additional green & all the inking. Can't say enough good things about it. Love your layout - the stories and your gorgeous photos. What an adventure!!!

Beautiful layout Jayma! My family spends holidays camping in deserts lol …. Lots of sand dunes. I missed out on that stamp 🤦🏻♀️ after watching how you used it, I probably could’ve turned it into sand dunes. I think it’s a terrific idea to use it as a bottom border and I’ve been eyeing that added photo holder you used and have to get it now because I definitely take a lot of photos lol …such a great layout TFS~ Isabel

@@JaymaMalme haha it’s ok I’m sure I can mimic the look using the cricut or even hand drawing and fussy cutting. It’s definitely more work, but if it looks anything like yours it’ll be worth it 😊. Unfortunately, my hubby has me on a CTMH spending freeze with a bet we made lol. I have to actually complete the 30 days of sketches without buying anything new and If I can complete it he will stop giving me a hard time with my orders because he thinks I’m not using the products ☺️ …I’m almost there lol.

Jayma this is a beautiful layout. I was looking for layouts to use for a trip my husband and grandson took to CO earlier this year. They went to the Springs for 8 days and hiked, went to Pike Peek via the train and the Royal Gorge plus much more. I really like how you created the mountain ranges yet still focused on the pictures for the layout. May I scrap lift this idea? It really is beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing and for your tips. I do appreciate them.

Love this layout what is the "brown" colored cardstock you are using to stamp your mountain on? My guess it was kraft but it looks different. Thanks
Thanks, Lynn! You are right, close but not quite. There was a kraft-colored specialty cardstock that was available with this collection and that’s what I used. Kraft could definitely be used it its place, though it does soak up the ink more and dries lighter.
How did you do the Journaling? Print it and cut it out?
