My first cross cut sled

Haven't done a shop project in quite a while, but I really needed to step up my game and make myself a sled. I have been through youtube university on this subject, and I give the credit for this sled actually working to #woodworkingformeremortals#, Steve Ramsey videos.
I included the cut list of the sled I made.

I watched a bunch of videos and learned how to make a few different sleds for my router, and table saw. Mine has the ridges on it (craftsman) so had to put runners on the sides of the saw. Pain in the butt , but it works

I didnt even think about using the T teacks from the saw, I have one for my router table as well ... Now I gotta see if they both fit in my grooves ... THANKS FOR THAT !!!
