2024/3/28 착공에 들어갔습니다. 연말까지는 굴토작업이 계속될 것입니다.
아무쪼록 2027년 12월 입주가 실현되기만을 바랄 뿐입니다.

This clip shows the reconstruction site of Banpo Jugong apartment, one of the most expensive apartment towns in Seoul, South Korea, where two separate reconstruction projects are going on.
Area 3: Raemian TriniOne (Samsung C&T)
Area 1, 2, 4: The H Claest (Hyundai Eng&Const.)
Area 3 started construction as of March 4, 2023.
Area 1,2,4 started construction as of March 28, 2024.
The clips will be updated every two weeks until EO 2030(?) 😅
