  • Ginisang Alugbati with Sardines:
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups alugbati leaves, washed and trimmed
    - 1 can (155g) sardines in tomato sauce
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 small onion, chopped
    - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant and onions are translucent.
    3. Add the canned sardines with tomato sauce. Break the sardines into smaller pieces using a spoon.
    4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
    5. Add the alugbati leaves to the pan and stir well to combine.
    6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the alugbati leaves are wilted but still vibrant green.
    7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    8. Serve hot with rice.
