Simon's Garden 2017 (helpers video)

I created this video in 2017, it's fairly poor quality but it gives a good sense of what my garden was like when everything was up and running properly (aquaponics, chickens, lots of fruit and herbs, etc). It was, however, a LOT of maintenance and every time I went away I had to ask friends/colleagues to look after it for me (hence this video).
Since this time things have gone backwards and I've found it hard to keep on top of everything. Time for a major re-think/redesign?
