That breakfast looked SO DELICIOUS 🤤! There's nothing like fresh food cooked over an open grill on a beautiful morning out in nature. Another great blessing from God 💕!

I wander where Jase ranks amongst the guys as far as shooting goes? He seems to be a pro at like everything. I'd imagine he's right behind Phil in everything lol
One thing I wish was my Grandfather on my father's side being healthy enough to take me hunting. But it was worth making up for it spending my weekends with him drinking strong coffee, fixing him up breakfast and watching westerns all day!!! RIP Grandpa Len
Hahaha I've been doing that for 7 years now! White Egrets are a confidence decoy! Paint some flamingos white and your ready to rock n roll!!! Works good on a calm day too!

I really need to start watching these videos when I'm trying to schedule my hunts for the next year because I get fired up every time I watch them. We don't get many ducks and geese down in my part of Louisiana anymore so instead of chasing them monster white tails, mule deer, elk or moose up north I need to set up a hunt so I can go smoke some ducks and geese... if I play my cards right I could go hunt birds in the mornings and deer in the afternoons.
Wow you truly learn something everyday. I would have never thought to put my biscuits on the meat like that with aluminum foil. Next breakfast with my skillet I'm sho nuff gonna do that.
I think there’s two type of duck commander followers. Those who knew who the Robertsons were long before they were ever on TV. I can remember so vividly being 12 years old watching duck commander DVDs like fear the beard etc etc. I never use to sleep before a duck hunt and their videos raised me. Then there’s those who are aware of the Robertsons Because of Duck Dynasty and whole although I am incredibly glad for their success and they absolutely deserve every dollar they ever made but I will absolutely say there is a huge difference between the two 😂
Growing up I had the privilege hunting with my dad's father it's been years since I've been. I'd love to be able to hunt with the Robertson's to relieve those memories
Saw a podcast where Phil was talking about how he whistles and holds up a hand and blue knows which way the ducks are then I saw a video when I heard him actually blow the whistle and yell " over" that must have been ole" Blue" out there with him retrieving them birds.
Definitely do it, some states will allow you to hunt both at the same time. Duck hunting is always depending on location & weather- if your on the x you will have a good time.
Deer hunting is fun, but I love to duck hunt. I don’t live closer than 4 hours away to the nearest hunting location so I haven’t been in years, but I would go everyday if I could.

The good Lord was watching out for you as He so often does for us, sometimes when we don't even see the danger he's protected us from. I’m wondering how they avoid shooting the dog as he goes out to retrieve the ducks before they’re done shooting? Maybe a silly question but I am very curious
Yep for waterfowl you'll need a 12 gage shotgun. Make sure it can shoot three inch shells. Your shells have to be steel shot for waterfowl. 2 to 4 shot (diameter of pellets the lower the bigger) 3 inch shells is a good duck load
I used to use an Ithaca model 37 16 gauge pump my pap gaveme for my 15th birthday. It worked. Still have ot 35 years later but I don't hunt anymore. Least not animals.

Um no. Shiney faces is the number one thing to flare a duck other than a blind that isnt brushed properly. Face paint or mask is a must have in my blind! Now if you want to slyblast ducks, go ahead and stand in the water and shoot em at 60yds but thats not real duck hunting. Learn to work em into the spread!!

They much cheaper than the heron decoys. Flat white paint. Herons and egrets are very wary birds

I'm actually going to get my first rifle this year for deer hunting and I'm thinking of going into waterfowl hunting.
