The arresting officer was so unprofessional in the way he handled the accused person at the first instance. It is the right of every accused person to be informed in a language s/he understands of the offence is being arrested for,the right to remain silent should also be stated to the accused person , vis a vis the right to communicate to his/her family members ,the right to access or talk to an advocate should as well be communicated to the accused person. Anyway, am so sorry for what you went through madam.
