    If anyone sees this - the best, as in easiest to use, orchestral free VST is Edirol Orchestral. It sounds GREAT by itself, if you layer in a few soundfonts with it - like JR PADstring, or Big Money, both incredibly useful soundfonts (you can EQ the bejeezus outta them to make them sound like all kinds of different things!) you get Rich Orchestral Background for free!

    Nice (already prepared melodies) but how or where to TYPE musical notes down in this program or at least how to import notes (perhaps midi file?) from your synthesizer(instrument); is it possible that this program "registers" those musical notes and writes notes for drums to your song?

    • @TransverseAudio
      @TransverseAudio  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To play these instruments/synthesizers you will need a host/DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). I use FL Studio but you can get free ones like Cakewalk or LMMS. The drums I used in this probably came from FL Studio's stock library (the sounds that come with the host software). I just wrote the melodies with my computer keyboard and mouse.

      @@TransverseAudio As far as i understand its been up for a while, since 2017... Yes, it is in mono. I literally tried the free version for 1 hour because there was a sale later that day and the upgrade costs only 30 bucks instead of the regular 130. Gotta add that for some it might be real hard to figure out how it works but in my opinion its a hidden gem no1 talks about.

      @TransverseAudio  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@psy-lion Yeah, I never knew about it. Thanks for bringing it up and for clarifying. It must have just been added to KVR then.
      Even though it's only in mono, there are easy ways to make it stereo so it's not that big of a drawback.

      Did it come with a folder? If so, move that into the vstplugins folder too. Also, make sure your DAW is set to scan for plugins in that folder in the first place. Let me know how that goes.

    Okay you tell me what comes free with ffl studio besides the basic plug in and shity vocals. I bought the producer edition thinking it will unlock a lot of the synths, I thought wrong and all it did was allow me to add my voice like fuck me, I should of thought of that earlier and I'm not even a good singer. For edm dont even bother getting a paid DAW, get one for free that will work with these plug ins and nexus so all you have to do is pay by or what you need! I should of looked more into that. O man I hate the fact that the vocals sound like shit! Like Fl is a fucking joke when it comes to their own vocals!!
