- 2021 DAF LF 290 FA 18 t Lorry Truck seen from outside and inside. The vehicle has Paccar PX-7, 6-cylinder in-line, diesel engine, 6.7 l, 290 hp. Gear box is 6-gear automatic ZF Astronic. Mechanical front suspension with technical load 7.5. Rear axle with pneumatic suspension with 4 air bags and technical load 13 t. Fuel tank 200 liters. AdBlue tank 50 liters. Lightened hermetical superstructure with useful volume 42 m³. Useful load 10 t.
The truck was presented at Truck Expo 2021, Plovdiv.

It could have given a little more space to the back of the seats and at the same time served as storage compartments served as a bed for the driver's rest. Companies like DAF only think about the driver driving and working but not thinking about his rest. Also this model is the same as previous models. Nothing has changed only in that it will be less noisy and pollute a little less for the rest is the same.For Royal Mail in UK it will be great but not for long European trips because companies still do not pay for a hotel to sleep.
Also it only brings a spare wheel for the front directional axle but it does not bring a spare wheel for the rear driving axle that you think that only the front wheels are punctured and not the rear ones? I still prefer Scania. Thanks for the video and take care.

Yes I know but if you give about 70 cm of space behind the seats for the comfort of the driver it would be great even if it is a day cabin.
