Nice to see Lasker gets his due respect! ❤
An absolutely classic game from Lasker. Very much enjoy your channel & analysis of these classic games highlighting a tactical or strategical maneuver that every good player & chess fan will enjoy & should know. Merry Christmas to you & keep up the good work. Cheers!
Good stuff. Thanks for these classical games from the old champions. And 2 days ago was actually Lasker birthday, so good stuff
Wow! I didn't know Lasker invented that double bishop sacrifice.
I love what you said about not seeing the reality on the board. I think this comes from years of hearing "control the center" so you just do that without thinking deeply. Very interesting game!
Totally agree with you, my friend; we should also look at lop-sided games where one player completely outweighs the opponent.
He was ahead of his time
Thank you & Happy christmas
Thank you ! Enjoyed the lesson.Lasker was a mathematician..He really makes it lók like a math problem!
Good evening: you are a person welcome every time I've got the chance to find the dozens of programs you have released.
Video came in time for me today, and earned me a point. Thank you, ChessDawg!
Excellent video and enjoy your style with these game reviews
I like the way you handle your material, sir. Very helpful and entertaining. Keep at it!
Nice game!
Many thanks indeed for your videos, they are very interesting, and remember us, how fantastic were Chess players like Lasker, Capablanca
Funny enough I did a double bishop sacrifice in a blitz game today and the guy ended up hanging mate in 3 if I sacked the queen too.
As a L plater, I haven't watched that many chess videos. So I never heard of Lasker and many other great GM of the past and present.
V enjoyable. Thank you
thank you very much
Great game and great analysis. Thank you. There is a book by Colin Crouch called How to Defend in Chess, where Crouch goes over a lot of Lasker and Petrosian games, but clearly Lasker knew how to attack as well!
