    For a female to say "I don't want to lift weights because I don't want to get big muscles" is like a female saying, "I don't want to start running because I am afraid I will end up in the Olympics." Like you start lifting on Monday and on Tuesday you have all this unwanted muscle mass. So silly but said more times than not.

    Practically the only people we see are those who are on PEDs and working out for hours and hours while maintaining a strict diet to try put on muscle. Women can be toned and firm by working out, and believe me, if you don't want muscle, without what I just mentioned, you won't put on much if any even if. you work out over an hour per day lifting hard.
