I too experience this very same scalp condition, and I’ve found that stress, the changes in weather, as well dehydration, and sugar consumption are major triggers for my flare ups.
I used to have this problem and I recently went to the dermatologist. He said I needed to wash my hair more often and then he gave me a pill to take weekly (flucazole) and it has not returned in 8 months. I was washing my hair 3x a week. I recently started locs so now I use head and shoulders anti itch spray because it includes zinc
@@halehomeschool9964 When this started with me was during a time that I was taking bactrim, had an allergic reaction to it, and found out I was allergic to sulfa. I also went to a dermatologist and was prescribed a prescription shampoo ketoconazole, but my hair started shedding tremendously. So now I try not to get too stressed or anxious. I’m now washing my hair 2x every two weeks and deep conditioning in between. I’ve had to decrease the amounts of sugar I consume. Just recently discovered fried foods/ and shrimp are contributing to flare ups as well. Working out helps a lot.

TRY THIS: My Family Fixed SEVERLY ITCHY SCALP ISSUES - Naturally: 1. Wash your hair with Sulfur 8 shampoo, using a silicone scalp massager. 2. Let it dry naturally. Be sure to blot the excess water with a brand new towel or one that you have never used on your hair / body before. 3. That night, SMOTHER your entire head with Vaseline - wrap it in a scarf and sleep that way. Why? The easiest, most 'natural' way to kill the yeast / candida and anything else that is living on your scalp which is what is probably happening - in a matter of minutes - is to simply smother it - NO OXYGEN means no ability to breathe, thrive, grow or survive. 4. The next morning, mix bentonite clay, apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil (whatever ration you want...it really does not matter) into a bowl (do not use a metal spoon when mixing clay - use plastic or wood only). SMOTHER your scalp with the clay, let it dry then just sit under the shower and let it rinse off until the water runs clear. My scalp hasn’t flared up in over 18 months. It cost me about $40 for the three products but less than my copay to go back to dermatologist and more prescriptions that don’t really help. Interesting!! Thankyou for posting these because it brings so much awareness. I have Psoriasis and sometimes people will walk up and question my hygiene because my flare ups can be so visible. Like of course I wash my hair 🙃. Personally I’ve found that my hair prefers little to no styling, braids, twists, and anything that tugs too much can cause irritation and flares. Your videos are so satisfying. You really do a good job getting in there and scratching out those flakes. And youre very thorough in combing the flakes out and sectioning out the areas that are completed from the ones that are not. I just subscribed to your channel.

Quit disappearing on us because we miss you guys especially the girls. My 60 something birthday is Wednesday. That dandruff was stuck but you did a great job of removing it.
I’ve had bad flare ups like this and I feel like I can never stop picking/itching sometimes, especially when I’m bored or stressed. I love growing my nails out long because I think it looks pretty, but I think I’m finally gonna cut/file them tomorrow so that I can stop picking and scratching. Maybe it will help my situation. I hope that both our flare ups recover 💖
I love all of your scratch videos. I feel so bad for him. I like it when you help him take care of his scalp by scratching, washing it and oiling it for him.
Medications to help this loosen then dig! Dry digging causes so much irritation to the scalp then as the skin on the scalp tries to heal it causes more flakes!

It’s not a competition, lol. Other people can have channels too & do the same or similar. I don’t necessarily think there’s a wrong or right way to do it. It’s whatever floats your boat. I enjoy watching so many different channels & ways of going about it. Really tired of all of the pissing matches that go on in regard to who does it better or right or who’s fake or does it too slow, too fast, too hard, not hard enough…good lord just enjoy watching & when you get to the point where you don’t, just move on without pissing & moaning. Right?
I don’t think it’s all that painful it may be a little annoying and in some discomfort, but I think it’s more irritated than anything but pain not so much it just looks like that you know?
I have the exact same thing, but not as severe. Sometimes it is best to rub castor oil and allow it to sit overnight to soothe and loosen the dry skin. I've also tried a conditioner BEFORE I wash it to loosen it up as well. Good job!!!!!

OHMYSTARS!!! Incredible removal. Super thick flakes! Sorry you had such a horrible flare up! I bet your scalp sizzles when you put cool water on it - looks like it's on fire. Ouch! Hope you get some relief.
I do t think there's anything disturbing about a flaky scalp at all! People can't help what they have and I know it feels good asf scratching that scalp 😩❤️
You have very strong n healthy hair still! I recommend using a lice comb instead. It picks up more n you dont have to keep goin over a area scratching for the flakes to come up. Its targeted for your scalp. This will help alot for your flare ups less pain. I feel like the plastic combs hurt . Hope this helps!
For flairs like this I put peroxide in a spray bottle and douse the scalp completely , put a plastic cap on and let the peroxide do what peroxide does. It softens the flakes and they would slide off of my hubbys head without your scalp getting all red and I did the same thing for his ears. He no longer has all the flakes cause he takes a shot once a month that cleared up every psoriasis plaques all over his body. Hope my suggestions helps him out
I have bad flare ups sometimes. But whenever I go back to using candida freedom probiotic bar soap. It helps a lot. Whenever I do have flare ups it's not as bad.

When my hair/ skin does that . I know I’m low on iron , specifically ferritin.
@@Ray-nanana what was the name of your boyfriend’s condition? If the have the same condition, maybe you all should let their dermatologist know about it. This isn’t just bad dandruff or a fungal infection.
I'm so sorry you have been in so much pain Carlito. Tiff you did a great job and Nu, the camera work on this one was exceptional. Praying for healing and that C doesn't flare this bad again. Thank you heaps for sharing something so uncomfortable for you with us scratchaholic weirdos. Much love ❤ xx
This has to be my all time favourite scratch. Big flakes just peeling. Whooooo they came up easy but stubborn dry patches. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The best of the best....I love them ❤️
They're perfect together and she is so gentle with him, I've been following y'all for a min....
I love scrapping hair. Its really satisfying.
Almost couldn’t watch because I go how painful his scalp looks you did amazing I know this may sound crazy but have u ever tried to slightly freeze fresh aloe then take the cold pulp and put it on his scalp it’s a great way to relieve pain and lower inflammation 🙏🏾
I love you,

Carlito has the most ridiculously awesome flakes on YT these days. Way to go Tiffany! And I hope your scalp heals soon🙏🏻
I made em from scratch. Lol 😂 see what I did there?!!! The irony! #DadJoke
@@itscarlitoblack Good one, Carlito!!
@@itscarlitoblack 😅🤣
Best scratch I've seen Tiffany do!
You never miss a spot. It’s a joy to watch you
Oh wow, what a flare up 😯
What a head full of beautiful thick shiny hair! Wishing you a healing of your scalp condition.
Bless his heart! That just hurt to watch, knowing how much that had to hurt Carlito! You’re an angel to help him with this awful disease, and I hope & pray he gets some relief from this flare-up, and you get some relief for your aching hands and feet! You both deserve a big glass of Moscato! 😉💞🙏
So sorry this person has this horrible stuff! It looks so sore! Have you ever seen a dermatologist for this? It looks similar to something I have called seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp! There are special shampoos and lotions for it! Just some information for you!
@@janicekeller1588 Janice, he’s had this since he was a child; I think it’s a combination of eczema & psoriasis. He’s also been to several drs, had allergy testing and the last time he used took prescription meds, it was WAY worse! There are a couple of videos that show how much the medications worsened his scalp! I think they’re called “OMG! You Have to See This part 1 & 2!
Poor thing. Scalp is so angry and sore. Thank you for treating them! I hope they feel much relief.
Love how the flakes were stuck to his scalp, and you di a wonderful job getting them up. I'm sorry Carlito was in pain it was so red I could tell it had to be sore.
This was definitely one of the best scratches to date. I thoroughly enjoyed it......mtiple times.
How many?
@@itscarlitoblack haven't the slightest idea now. I work for The GAP call center from home and when these customers stress me out about a damn sale, this has been my go to stress reliever these past few days.
I’m so happy he has someone willing to treat his scalp so gently!!!!
Sorry you have to go through this. Some people get things twisted and think flakes mean someone didn't wash their hair and that is so untrue
When did u start getting psoriasis? At what age I mean.
@@mnz9214 noticed at about 14
That was truly epic. And yes, we understand how it is for him so thank both of you for sharing.
I keep coming back to this video. These are the best flakes on TH-cam. You two are my favorite!
I can't imagine how you are feeling but from the look of your scalp I can tell it's painful. Tiffany I Love how you take such care an d gentleness not to hurt him. The flakes are awesome. I pray Carlito feels better soon. 🙏
Thank You💜
God bless you man. My son has the same problems but he's never had it seen to. Proud of both of you. God must be watching you and your family. You have a beautiful wife as well.
This is exactly what I needed tonight. Been waiting for a new video from you guys. Tiffany I love how meticulous you are. And these close up videos are my favorite!
My goodness. The scalp just looks so tender. I hope this gave the most relief.
Hi all! :)
I would like to say something to all dark skin women. You are so beautiful! 😍
I am from Poland and I hate rasicsm! ✌🏻✌🏼✌🏽✌🏾✌🏿
This video made me cry for Carlito. Tiffany your expertise is on full display here. You are like a surgeon the way you go about methodically scratching and removing the psoriasis from Carlito's head. Bless you both and know that a lady from the BIG EASY enjoys watching.
Your videos are so satisfying. You really do a good job getting in there and scratching out those flakes. And youre very thorough in combing the flakes out and sectioning out the areas that are completed from the ones that are not. I just subscribed to your channel.
You are relentless and methodical with that comb, you are a great blessing to your man🙏🙏🙏❤️
Wow!! Great job on the removals Tiffany! You and Carlito are awesome!! 💙💜💙💜
She is!!!
@@itscarlitoblack Agreed, Tiffany is amazing, and so are you! 🤩
These are my favorite flakes! The soft kind that peel off big! I'm sorry he has to experience this but thank you for sharing
despite my previous comment. this is the best video y’all posted bc it was silent. no unnecessary talking. i loved it.
This is by far the best scratch it has everything, head full of flakey dandruff and your technique is so cool, please continue to do what you do you are the best. Oh by the way you are very professional 👏
Tiff u are the best hair surgeon and carlito produces best flakes ever
Lol Thnx
Her technique works perfectly!!! Great work!!
Quit disappearing on us because we miss you guys especially the girls. My 60 something birthday is Wednesday. That dandruff was stuck but you did a great job of removing it.
Well this was different. What a nice chance of pace. Beautiful flakes.
The worse is taking the time to actually scratch it all up so well just for it to look the exact same 4 hrs later 😩
The best head scratching ever. I watch this video like 20 times in a day.
Cojonaj You are the Scalp Scratching Queen of TH-cam
Often imitated but can never be Duplicated✨ It's a skill to be correct and on point...

Right?
@@ROCCOA65 so am I agree with you 💯%
It's crazy how watching this video satisfied me and made me itch all at the same time! Thanks for sharing ☺️
27:39 - 27:57 The BEST flake lift EVER!!!!😁
Yeah but look at how inflamed the scalp is. I watch at times but it's hard to enjoy when I visualize the pain
I don’t think it’s all that painful it may be a little annoying and in some discomfort, but I think it’s more irritated than anything but pain not so much it just looks like that you know?
@@chloemullikin1137 It is painful actually. She posted a comment and said that he was quiet because he was in pain and his scalp was super sore
I have the exact same thing, but not as severe. Sometimes it is best to rub castor oil and allow it to sit overnight to soothe and loosen the dry skin. I've also tried a conditioner BEFORE I wash it to loosen it up as well. Good job!!!!!
Other scratchers be posting their scratch videos like they got something to say and then Bam! Carlito got to show who’s boss!
Best flakes on UTube 😻💜🧡🎉
I’ve watched this so many times in the past couple of weeks. Not ashamed, either.
Carlito I'm sending you a hug....... not only is this flare bad, but they're stuck.
Hug received 🤗
Corona you're always kind and considerate with people. You do things that would make me run fleeing out the door. Keep up the good work 😃❤️
I used to struggle with flare ups. I started using sulfur8 grease. It literally transformed my scalp!
🤔 I need to use that! I haven't used that in years
I've watched almost all your videos and this is the best one yet.
So it’s 4am and I’ve watched it twice already. So sorry it pained you so, Carlito! It must have been awful because you were silent 😢. Tiffany, you are a rock star “scalp technician”!! You got all that build-up lifted! I hope it gets better soon and until it does, you take us along on the healing journey.
Heard him growning
Girl you are the GOAT of scratching for real
And the award for the greatest scratch in yt history goes to Cojonaj! This film 🎥 has also won 🏆 in the best graphic category and best leading man and woman category. Can we get a round of applause audience 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽.
Lol you’re so silly. Thank you💜

Congratulations. Thank you for the video and many more. Love always, Patricia ❤🎉😊
OHMYSTARS!!! Incredible removal. Super thick flakes! Sorry you had such a horrible flare up! I bet your scalp sizzles when you put cool water on it - looks like it's on fire. Ouch! Hope you get some relief.
That's what I'm talking about slowly and close up t this is the best I've seen so far!!
His scalp looks so red and irritated😔...I hope he gets some relief and ur able to identify what triggered it❤
Man Im drooling!!! I wish I was scratching!!! 😆🤣
I do t think there's anything disturbing about a flaky scalp at all! People can't help what they have and I know it feels good asf scratching that scalp 😩❤️
Nice video and congratulations to both. Thank you
Love always, Patricia ❤😊
Thanks so much
It’s crazy to look at myself like this. 😳
Hey Carlito, I’m sorry you were in pain, you have amazing flakes 🤩
You have very strong n healthy hair still!
I recommend using a lice comb instead. It picks up more n you dont have to keep goin over a area scratching for the flakes to come up. Its targeted for your scalp. This will help alot for your flare ups less pain. I feel like the plastic combs hurt . Hope this helps!
lol
And I LOVE IT!!!!! Tiff does an awesome job !! Sorry CArlito we truly appreciate you
That is not carlito lol
For flairs like this I put peroxide in a spray bottle and douse the scalp completely , put a plastic cap on and let the peroxide do what peroxide does. It softens the flakes and they would slide off of my hubbys head without your scalp getting all red and I did the same thing for his ears. He no longer has all the flakes cause he takes a shot once a month that cleared up every psoriasis plaques all over his body. Hope my suggestions helps him out
This Scratch was EPIC,!!! And We Thank You
Good job girl! You didn't mess around great job again 👏 👍
I have bad flare ups sometimes. But whenever I go back to using candida freedom probiotic bar soap. It helps a lot. Whenever I do have flare ups it's not as bad.
