If thats the case--WHO were they--and WHY give Hale more power in exchange for Sam's tail? And that being the case--Are THEY the one's who shut Eclipse up previously cause he was giving away too much info?

For this being an episode about a fight it sounded like some of the actors were bored? I like Hope's voice. I don't like the distortion effects.
