The roof rack was custom build by a guy in Las Vegas. Sold to me a couple years later. Rack all aluminum, mounting brackets all steel. Not sure of max weight limits, but I've had it packed full on group camping trips.
@herbienbrian2 Yes, it added some weight, but hasn't caused me any issues. I like the looks of the accessories. The van is still in service and driven regularly.
Haha. This video is about 10 years old. The tires were swapped for General Grabbers and I have been running them since. Wish the van still looked that good. Years of wheeling it hard have taken a toll.
@lukej3x3 The van was painted orange back in 1987 when it was new by a local guy here in Glenwood Springs who owed the county some community service. Not much help for you. Sorry.
Who did you have paint this vehicle? I live in Denver and want to get by westy painted but am unsure who to use. I actually talked with RM westy but they didn't have anyone that they suggested.
