This is a very basic overview of the water treatment process customers always need rainfall is seized not an increasingly unpredictable so we often use storage reservoirs to make sure there’s always a supply for treatment by passing water through mesh screens we remove sticks waterweed another large foreign object the air takes some odours and gas from the water and allow some dissolve metal salts separate to be filtered out we add air by cascading water down at our spray it into the air or bubbling air through it at this stage there are still some fine pieces of matter suspended in the water along with colour and bacteria ,we had a precisely controlled amount of a coagulant like ferric Aluminium sulphate this reacts with the material in water making all stick together to form what’s known as flock to make this flocculation happen water and the coagulant have to mixed together very quickly and thoroughly in a special device called a flash mixer next comes to the clarification process the flock forms itself into sludge and is separated in a specially designed tank called a clarifier this sludge layer is the sludge blanket to control the blanket sludge is periodically drained off concentrated and removed for safe disposal particles filled it out on the RGF the rapid gravity filter removed by back washing the water now needs filtration to get rid of any remaining particles water is filtered slowly through very fine sand or sand light material for some river waters we use own gas injection as a treatment state .this can work in conjunction with GAC or granular activated carbon treatment where the water is filtered through carbon granules to take out any undesirable traces of largely natural organic materials the carbon in these filters is removed and regenerated by hate so it can be used again now the water is filtered and thoroughly cleaned it’s disinfected to make sure no harmful bacteria remain a small controlled amount of chlorine is the most effective method and provides essential customer protection this method is used across most of the world the chlorine has to stay in contact with the water for a period of the time for effective disinfection .last but not least adjustments are made to the PH levels of the water during the treatment process so that it’s not a to acid or alkaline this help pipework fittings and water itself from the treatment works water is fed into a huge mains pipe network nearly 43 thousand km long which forms a grid around the region this grid is an access directly to your home and when u turn your tap on it’s available to you clean safe drinking water
The filter press is used in a variety of applications and is a important process component in wastewater treatment. It still remains a pioneer in solid-liquid separation in terms of dewatering before the centrifuge, decanter and belt filter. Greetings MSE Filterpressen.
very informative video and useful. explains about overview of the water treatment process (screening , coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, storage). thanks
Ilham Andreansyah - FTI UJ Thank you very much sir for the explanation, on this occasion I learned a lot in this video about overview of the water treatment process. Very interesting and easy to understand.
very interesting video about overview of the treatment process ( screening, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, desifection, and storage)
Interesting video. I came across an innovative system for industrial wastewater treatment called the Baleen Filter, that works like a Baleen whale (filter feeder) to filter solids from waste water streams very efficiently, there are videos here on You Tube about it. Very environmentally friendly too.
Whilst Tap water is cleaned of most of the impurities, it's essential to remove chlorine from this water before consumption. Although Chlorine kills bacteria and algae but can result in the formation of trihalomethanes that may cause cancer. It's advisable to install a water filter / purifier which removes chlorine and preserves other micro nutrient elements such as calcium, iron, zinc that are healthy for our body.
THM formation happens when chlorine is added to water that contains organic matter. Chlorine is injected at the plant and sometimes elsewhere on the distribution network. Once it reaches your tap, it will not do any worst that it already has at the plant and in the distribution network. So no, it is not ''essential''. But it's not bad either.
Awesome Water Filters most water plants are doing away with chlorine and replacing with UV disinfectant! Check with your local plant and see if they do!
This video explain about flow process of water treatment process (screening -> coagulation -> flocculation -> sedimentation -> filtration -> disinfection -> storage)
I have questions. What's difference between ozon gas injection and filtration? Arent they supposed to have same function? Also how's that clarifier works? The clarifier i've seen made the sludge fall into bottom, not floating
Some well waters can be drank as is without any form of treatment. It really depends on its quality. The required treatment, if necessary, will depend on what you are trying to archive (i.e. what you want to remove from it).

Aluminium sulphate this reacts with the material in water making all stick together to form what’s known as flock to make this flocculation happen water and the coagulant have to mixed together very quickly and thoroughly in a special device called a flash mixer next comes to the clarification process the flock forms itself into sludge and is separated in a specially designed tank called a clarifier this sludge layer is the sludge blanket to control the blanket sludge is periodically drained off concentrated and removed for safe disposal particles filled it out on the RGF the rapid gravity filter removed by back washing the water now needs filtration to get rid of any remaining particles water is filtered slowly through very fine sand or sand light material for some river waters we use own gas injection as a treatment state .this can work in conjunction with GAC or granular activated carbon treatment where the water is filtered through carbon granules to take out any undesirable traces of largely natural organic materials the carbon in these filters is removed and regenerated by hate so it can be used again now the water is filtered and thoroughly cleaned it’s disinfected to make sure no harmful bacteria remain a small controlled amount of chlorine is the most effective method and provides essential customer protection this method is used across most of the world the chlorine has to stay in contact with the water for a period of the time for effective disinfection .last but not least adjustments are made to the PH levels of the water during the treatment process so that it’s not a to acid or alkaline this help pipework fittings and water itself from the treatment works water is fed into a huge mains pipe network nearly 43 thousand km long which forms a grid around the region this grid is an access directly to your home and when u turn your tap on it’s available to you clean safe drinking water
screening > coagulation > floccolation > sedimentation > filtration > disinfection > storage
The exact answer I needed for my school assignment. You are goated

Greetings MSE Filterpressen.
very cool, easy to understand general view of the description of a typical water treatment system. Thnk u
very informative video and useful. explains about overview of the water treatment process (screening , coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, storage). thanks
This video of the description of the water-treatment process is very easily understood. thankyou

Thank you, much clearer than how the professor explained it
One of the best overviews I've seen.
Thanks so much for sharing ! The video is very clear
very interesting video about overview of the treatment process ( screening, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, desifection, and storage)
This visuality of video explained the process very clearly from raw water until the water which we can use
Wooooow. This seems more practical and real
Way better than my textbook, thank you.
This Vidio is very informative and very good, thank you
COOL! It Really simplified the process. Thanks.

NICE video, well explained, THANK YOU!
Good short and to the point.
THANKS XD HELPED ALOT FOR GEOGRAPHY
no mention of elevated storage, must be using a vfd style system for pressure,,,

Awesome Water Filters No it is not essential to remove chlorine; it is fine to drink it.

This video very helpful
thanks a lot ..can you please do same project about aeration tank ....
This video explain about flow process of water treatment process (screening -> coagulation -> flocculation -> sedimentation -> filtration -> disinfection -> storage)
very profitable tool for companies that have small land
I have questions.
What's difference between ozon gas injection and filtration? Arent they supposed to have same function?

My favorite subject is science thanks please show more videos
C'est une Régalade !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is the difference between sewage treatment and water treatment?
Software is the term used to summarize the programs and other operating information on a computer or other computer like device
there are chlorine for desinfection..
Thanks
how much does it cost a project like this
amazing water treatment
How much the cost of one litre?
After watching this video, I feel more confident for my exam in 2 days lol

it really helps.. nice!!
very helpful video
how can you creat this video? what is software
C'est une folie !!
it realy helped me...thank u
The video is best but plz name the process
if you need to make a model of this where and how can you make it
reply ASAP please
what is screening?
Better water treatment process
Can oil be cleaned from the water using this process?
No,it's just flowmeter measuring,if you want clean the water, maybe you should by filter element!
water treatment is best
Good

Hi any idea for the deep well water treatment?

Susceptible to high levels of E-Coli and Manganese. Chlorination at a minimum and possibly oxidation. UV filtration also recommended.
what type of water treatment process used in this video ?
It's a classical physico-chamical process often known as coagulation-flocculation.
Coagulation, Flocculation, Sludge Blanket Clarification, Rapid Gravity Filtration & Carbon Polishing (GAC).
pre treatment of water
Prasant Nayak What we see here is the whole process. Not just pre-treatment.
Please tell me Sir paper industry flocculation and coagulation
I'm 18 years old and my life goal is to work at a municipal waste district haha and I'm not joking. nice vid
