👍 putting x = t+4 , y = t - 4 (t+4)^3+(t-4)^3 = 98 t^3+48 t - 49 = 0 (t^3-1)+48(t-1) = 0 (t-1)(t^2+t+49) = 0 t = 1 (other roots are imaginary because b^2 - 4 ac < 0) x = 5 , y = - 3
If it’s an actual interview question, or even an admission test (there isn’t a Maths exam), they’re expecting any candidate who’s got merit to reply within very few seconds, x=5, y=-3. When asked why, the candidate will probably seem nonplussed, as it’s so obvious.
👍
putting x = t+4 , y = t - 4
(t+4)^3+(t-4)^3 = 98
t^3+48 t - 49 = 0
(t^3-1)+48(t-1) = 0
(t-1)(t^2+t+49) = 0
t = 1 (other roots are imaginary because b^2 - 4 ac < 0)
x = 5 , y = - 3
X 5
Y -3

Thank that you showed your solution I hope you find another way to solve this
Thanks for your feedback! I'll definitely keep exploring different approaches. 🎁🥳🎉
@@superacademy247 I like your videos
Thank you so much
Y make a simple solution look so complex?
Sorry guy but you are wrong, (5,-3) is a couple solution of this system
