I mean the central powers was just essentially Germany and Austria-Hungry with Italy saying they would enter on their side if they were fighting a defensive war. The Ottomans didn't join until after Bulgaria started coming around to joining the Central Powers.

the problem with the Ottomans and Austria-Hungary is they start off with the Hungarian army(around 15 ill-equipped divisions((with death or dishonour they have 0 manpower))) and the Turkish army(27 ill-equipped divisions with about 200k manpower)
