I just love the P47's engine sound. Coming from someone who has actually seen/heard one in flight, It is a very powerful noise, and it's strangely relaxing, as a lot of pilots say it makes them drowsy or just altogether worn down, similar with a p51. I kinda wish you could hear the whistle of the turbocharger at high altitudes, or maybe when engaging WEP or something. That'd be a nice touch.
i think some t6 got a way more powerfull sound, but the best sound of a radial engine goes to the corsair in my opinion. its the same engine but the ground is shaking much more just like with a low 109. btw almost every ww2 warbird used superchargers instead of turbos but yes it would be awesome to hear more from the engines in wt
Its cause BR is based on player skill...people usually suck in the P47s cause its their first proper B&Z aircraft... its just cause the US has better performence cause of tank RB..I also hope they all get uptiered if not 4.7 all of them need to be 4.3

In my 6 months of playing the captured p47 I have only once ever been put against 2.7s every other match I was upteired to 4.0/4.7 so I do t get why people always say, poor 2.7s when it never actually faces them
@5775 You lie, I play 2.7 and face P-47 as well as BV238 constantly. In fact, the Allies/Soviet suffer from 2.7-3.7. Most of the time they have to choose losing either dying to P-47 in attempt to chase the BV or fighting the P-47 but allowing BV to bomb all the bases and the airfield.
Normacly as I said. In my experienceive only been down tired once. Maybe the MM bases how you get teired based on skill or something so idk.. Also now the BV 238 is OP.. ffs you nubs will complain about everything
The BV 238 is op when undertiered. Very few Allies/Soviet plane can reach the BVs, if the BV don't descend, before they can drop their payload. Also, they are well-armed and have a huge field of fire compare to the other bombers, so it basically means players only have a few seconds to fire on the BV before having to weave away to avoid the incoming fire. Also, as I note, it is even worse having to face a bunch of P-47 who usually are in higher attitude thus having an easy time to dive on Allies attempting to climb to reach the BVs.
Love that you're taking the time to acknowledge the fact that you have neglected the air game for awhile. Not that there is too much issue there, but it is definitely nice to see a change. Kinda felt bad for those P-40s in that video though, so I feel you might want to give it some love after putting so many down yeah? C'mon, go for a good game in the Kittyhawk for us, it deserves it.

Actually, the P-47D's are amazing and should be at least 4.0-4.3, or even 4.7. I'm a Us player as well, so I know what they can do.
