As with all direct deposits, Chime will make your money available once we receive it, and we will immediately notify you via push notification (if you have them enabled) or via email when a deposit arrives in your Checking Account! Deposits do come in throughout the day, so if you don’t receive your deposit in the morning, it can come into your account during the afternoon, or evening as well. Deposits are always posted from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

You can easily set up Direct Deposit by providing your Routing and Account numbers to your employer or benefits provider. You can find these numbers in the Settings section of your Chime app. Instructions can be found here: bit.ly/3khc91w
Some employers require a voided check, bank name, or bank address to set up Direct Deposit. To request these details, enter the Move Money section of your Chime app, select Direct Deposit, and request a pre-filled direct deposit form. This form includes a voided check and will be sent directly to your email!
