- Hey guys! Do you feel magic yet? No?! Then you have to watch this video 😉
In all honesty I've been trying to make pretty video and incorporate new Realm of Magic game pack without having it yet. So story line may suffer because I've been focusing on recreating magic in all possible ways. I hope story didn't suffer and I'll appreciate hearing your opinion in the comments.
This machinima doesn't contain any content from Realm of Magic game pack but after making it I saw that we actually had a lot of "magical" stuff in the game before Realm of Magic. So I've been pumped to include some of it into my video. Hope you'll enjoy! 😘
P.S.: Yes it's a first video where Bella isn't a main character. I know shocking 😆
🎥 STORY:
One day, after an evening walk, Cassandra discovers a magical portal on the side of the river. And with curiosity in her eyes decides to check it out. To her surprise, on the other side of the portal her waiting a magical world full of wizards. On her way to discover the town she meets a wizard who offers to show her the world. On her journey she meets her family who is conflicted with her choice of a friend but quickly realize that she has her right for happiness with whoever she wants to.

Holy Moly Alise, this was fantastic! I can't even describe how well this was made. The cinematics, camera shots and facial and body expressions on the characters. This was amazing ! The Goths as spellcasters make so much sense imo. According to the lore, Mortimer’s aunt was a witch so they could definitely carry it ^^ I’m So impressed like everything was damn perfect the animations the music EVERYTHING.

omgggg I missed so many of your videos! I kinda lost your channel for a while and didn't get any notifications? No more! I'm clicking that notification bell right now! Everything you do is always spectacular, and you've gotten better as well! You've reached Remi levels at this point! This is so cinematic and I love love LOVE Cassandra Goth as a townie so I loved seeing a machinima focusing on her for once! Those firework scenes O_O SO BEAUTIFUL.
Can I just ask... how do you manage to make such amazing slow motion recordings? Is it because you record at high fps so it doesn't get laggy when you slow the video down, or is there another way? I'm asking cause I'm about to get a new computer with a great cpu and graphic card and I'm wondering if I'm gonna be able to make slowmotion scenes like these as well!!!

Speaking about slow motion, I've been searching for this method for ages, but truns out it was the program that been here on my computer all along. It's Cheat Engine. There's time hack function, you turn it on play with numbers (i usually choose 0.3) run it on your game and record it. In theory you don't really need amazing graphic card to do so but it shows big FPS, at least in Fraps. So maybe you need good card. Anyway you can try. Hope I've helped ❤️😉

Great Video! I just started watching your videos when yours were recommended after seeing Remi's Plumbob Princess video, and I like your style immediately. All animations I use are in-game animations. Yes, I use
Andrew's Pose Player to play them and list of animations that comes with it. You also can find animations that are not in the list(from recent packs) in Sims studio, to see a list choose Animation, than Override.
I'll be glad to share behind the scenes but there's not much to show. If there's gonna be I'll try to do something in the future 😉😊

I've used a lot of packs so I won't be able to say which in particular I've used the most. But it's all in-game animations and objects besides Bella and Cassandra outfits and a wand. World is Sixam - an alien world from Get to Work, I've built magical world on it using T.O.O.L. mod, coz there's not enough space to build on a lot that it has. So basically there's that. If you want to know something in particular like particular animation feel free to ask 😊
Just Alise ok cool! I was just wondering about all of magical things that the sims are doing, the flying, the cauldron, the lightning and stuff like that, I just didn’t know those things were in a pack so I was just wondering how to get them
@@ainsleyunveiled2673 flying is a ghost action called "Boost ghost skill". Cauldron comes in Spooky Stuff Pack. Summon lighting is an action from Seasons and hidden trait that sim get after got hit by the lightning 2 times, or it could be cheated with MC Command.

Aww thank you dear! 😘💞 I wish I was this quick 😁 Video was inspired by the pack and made during last month. It doesn't include Realm of Magic content. So basically it was made from what we had in the game. Just wanted to try how it will turn out and if I could recreate magic without having it 😄

@@user-cx5bo5zi1d wand is CC and animation I've used for it are sword fight that we got in Get Famous.
What about the pack? I've got mine today, didn't played a lot but after recreating it without the pack I feel like I've played it before 😂 Not much new mind-blowing content that could not be recreated. Magical world is beautiful, the idea behind it is great. Regular world is too much like Outdoor Retreat vacation world. My opinion is that overall it's OK pack to play once like Strangerville.

ohh! I see. I don't use CC and I barely use mods because my laptop lags a lot. So when I saw the wand I automatically assumed you had the pack. I'm excited to see how it pans out. jus ding fir everyone's let's play videos it's like vampires studying and dueling lol. but it's worth a try XD
@@user-cx5bo5zi1d I'm also not a fan of CC big time. But some are necessary especially when you filming. My main and only mod is MC Command Center and UI Cheats Extension. I also have some "beauty" CC - skin detiles, make-up and etc. But amount I have now doesn't even compares to what I've had in my Sims 2 game 😂 I've been waiting for hours for game to load.

How do you use cheat engine (if that’s what you use) to use smooth slow motion effects because I know sims 4 doesn’t have a slow motion cheat or mod:/ if you could let me know that would be so awesome. Answering your question about slow motion I can say that yes I use Cheat Engine and toll called Speed Hack. I've found this trick in one of the videos of modder Sacrificial. He shows how to use it, so you can try to find his video if you'll have troubles in figuring it out.

About Goth Family on the gallery I'm not sure I can pull this off coz they look different mainly because of CC but from what I know gallery can't provide you CC I've used. If I'll manage to put them up for upload on my Tumblr with CC links I'll tell you or you can follow me on my Tumblr (link in video description) so when I'll upload them you can see that in case I'll forget to tell you here.

I've used alien portal from Get to Work pack. And framed it with different items from the game to make it look more magical.

Can you answer me please😌 When the camera moving, is it because you did from based game or it’s because video editor (like “zoom” for example?)
You can program camera movements and key points. I think James Turner has tutorials on how to do it. It's pretty simple. You also can change camera file settings to change speed of it. Just search on TH-cam sims 4 camera or sims 4 camera settings for tutorial on it because I believe in visual explanation more than in word form 😅

I use Adobe premiere Pro, its a program.

What exactly? If the lot than it's probably gonna be not possible to place anywhere coz I've built it in Sixam using a T.O.O.L mod. So it's basically not a lot it's neighborhood because objects are placed off the grid. Hope it makes sense for you 😊

Wow!!! Witches seem to fit the Goth family more than just being goth or vampires!!! This was amazing!!! Camera angles were spot on! Still great editing and capture of emotions, but compared to your other videos this was a little meh. SORRY!!! Don't get me wrong. Its still fantastic work. I guess I was hoping for a little more conflict. Nothing like a fight scene. For example your Trouble in Paradise machicnima introduced another man that Bella seemed to be swooning over which caused a conflict that needed to be resolved. In The Shadow of Bella Croft, Bella had her past displayed, her present adventure shown, and her fight, which brought the MC male to discover her death, get revenge, and resurrect her. You had a background/foreshadowing established, a present story-line, a conflict, rising and falling climax, and a resolution. The same can be said for your other videos. I felt like you had a better flow for your storyline all involving conflict and resolution.
I thought at first Bella or the boy interested in Cassandra was going to be the main character to cause conflict or get them both involved in some sort of conflict. Then nothing happened. I thought Bella was then going to cause the main conflict because the set up for building conflict was there, but she only seemed to be joking around. I'm not good at explaining myself. I understand filming and editing is not easy at all. I just felt like this machinima had so much more potential.
EDIT: I don't mean that all stories have to have major conflict. But there is always a cause and effect for something. Sorry, Again i'm bad at explaining myself. T_T
Thank you dear for great comment once again! 😘 I appreciate your critique and I agree with you on the fact that story came out unfinished and undeveloped. I've mentioned that in video description and just had hope no one will notice. TBH I've changed ending in last second and there was a fight and conflict but I didn't like how it turned out so I've cut it out. Mainly it was pretty hard to develop good "magic" shots of the ending. There was a lot involved: my frustration, lack of fitting animations and creativity that was dryer than a desert after I've left this video untouched for a week, probably spark was gone. So I decided to include Mortimer and his "magic cat" in the end and deal with that 😂
TBH I really want to move on to Bella Croft - Part two coz it was covered in the dust since like begging of the summer. So maybe also because of that I've rushed this video and it came out with the feeling like something is missing.
But I still like the picture of this video, bright colors and I'm proud of the world I've created on Sixam 😂 So I probably spent all my creativity on building locations 🤦
@@MissAlesi4ka Sorry I didn't read the description first. I was excited when I got the notice and went straight to watching the video. But I hear you. And its understandable. But as i mentioned before, it has a lot of potential considering there hasn't been any conflict yet. I understand that you feel its finished even though its undeveloped. In a sense, yes its finished. But, if you happen to become inspired and end up continuing this into a part 2, that's cool too, because this is already the set up for the story. Choices are limitless. At least you didn't trash the entire thing completely and avoid posting it at all. It was still a creative machinima and we got to see why we're still huge fans of yours. : )
And haha I've been dying to know about a part 2 for Bella Croft XD Ever since we were left with that cliff hanger i had a feeling you had it on the side because you were marinating ideas.
@@nicomator5823 I hate scrapping the work I've done coz I spend hours upon hours for those videos but I also hate to make it undeveloped. So I felt really conflicted in that moment but still decided to share because aesthetically I really like it.
Yeah Bella Croft is definitely coming soon-ish. There's around 6 minutes already done. I'm really invested in that Machinima so hope I wouldn't disappoint anyone with it. Maybe only copyright department of TH-cam 😂 Coz previous part have been demonetized completely. Not that I've been making anything on it but still it's unfortunate coz I've changed song that I really liked on different one so it won't be demonetized and it still got strike. TH-cam is cruel about music those days.

I've been filming when I can and I've had to change my music over and over and now I feel like the piece I wanted to make isn't what I want to continue anymore because the first song really set the mood. I've been studying and searching sites like epidemic music and artlist. While they both have a great selection of music, the problem is that its mostly instrumental. Not a lot of artists sing and its in the wrong genre. The selection of punk/alternative music is very poor on those sites. Of course all the tech/beauty vloggers get an option over thousands of that weird pop/dubsteb/techno trans intro music. So i've been watching countless youtube videos looking for tech gurus who go into finding the free sites for me and just seeing how much I have to invest a year. These sites are only free for the first 30 days. After that its about $14-$16 a month ($200 a year per site) if you invest which isn't bad if you're lucky enough to get popular and are able to monetize your videos. There's absolutely no copyright because you synchronized your channel with those sites once you've started paying. You can monetize off their music even after you stopped investing in them. For people like me, starting with nothing, $200 a year is still a lot of money that I can't splurge needlessly.
I'm not saying I don't have confidence in my skills but based on the new terms of service and the new algorithm of youtube after that whole logan paul incident, building my channel up is going to come a lot slower and harder. I have to be realistic when it comes to investing. The only reason I invest in the game packs are because its crucial to the machinimas. In the end its all about money >
I don't get it. Your machinima videos are top quality and they don't get as many views as other sims 4 videos with similar o even lower quality. I'm kinda worried since I'm planning to launch my machinima videos soon with a different tematic of course. Anyway, keep up the good work and the inspiration.
Thank you so much for such a compliment. And I agree with you that TH-cam sometimes unfair with the views and unfortunately I have no idea what to do about it. It kinda frustrates me too. But I guess there's luck involved. Some people are luckier to be found, some are not so much. I also don't promote my videos coz I simply don't know where. Machinima doesn't have big platform where artists could share their work. So you only could relay on your luck and if you have big enough platform on social media that are the same topic as you want to share than you maybe gonna be noticed more.
@@MissAlesi4kaI know it's super hard to get noticed, the machinima community used to get more help in the past, The Sims youtube channel had a playlist to recommend creators, that's how Remi got more invested, after they quit doing that there was Sim Film Festival (SIFF) which promoted channels that created machinimas during a specific time, but now the community is pretty damn dead, everyone's doing things on their own, it's a bummer. Something you could try doing is tweeting at The Sims and hope they feature your work over twitter, could be a small boost.
