- Bella ventures through the tropical regions of Selvadorada to find lost treasure and unleash its mystery that are still unknown after her father died. Bella must find the treasure first to stop it from getting in wrong hands. On the way to solving the mystery she gets trough a lot of dangers that stopping her from getting to the desired find, but gets help from the local citizen and finds the way to stop the evil that began surrounding the city.
I'm a huge fan of Tomb Raider game/movie series and of course my girl Bella(but y'all already know that). So I decided to combine those two and make a story out of it. Story was based mostly on the last game Shadow of The Tomb Raider but with my little changes. So I really hope you guys will like it! Having played Shadow of the Tomb Raider myself, I did see it in this one. The way you showed and used the in-game animations for the storytelling was spot on too having that Remi Marocelli vibe in it. Will do watch out for the sequel of this if ever there will be and to your future machinimas too! Great work! :)

Damn did Jonah get an upgrade. But on a serious note. This was extremely well made and one of the best sims 4 stories I've ever seen. I love how the story also correlates with the shadow of the Tomb Raider which happens to be my favourite video game series also.

Curious to how you were able to use animations like the slip n'slide to give that illusion of avoiding traps and the animation of showing evidence with the detective career form GTW.

Animation with traps is actually just use of the object, it's a CC slide made look like a trap, so its usable. And in showing evidence animation I've recolored in game evidence files sized detective table down and placed another table above it so it looks like he does it on the table and there's no annoying lamp on the way.

Mostly I use Andy pose player and his list of animations, it wasn't updated since Get Famous came out but it has all animations before that. Sword fight in particular is actually in-game opinion. If you have Get Famous in decorations there's objects from the set - they are useable, and there's also standing points from the set, using them Sims can perform "movie scene" at any place even at home. Idk if they are unlockable from the career or not but bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat should should help if they are 😁

This is impressive. Great job! You must have taken awhile with this. I also like to make Machinimas (mostly involving WickedWhims). Have you made movies where you keep the dialogue from the game? I know it's all Sims language but it works out really well for what I like to create. I know WW is a little age specific but, it still feels very gratifying to make a whole a scene. I recently learned to make animations but I want to learn so much more like how to include objects with the animations or how to create something as simple as smoking a cigarette (with smoke). Not that I'm advocating for smoking but, it would really help to add more depth to the Machinimas.

Yes I've used simlish speech in my Bella in Strangerville series. If you asking how to make it happen. You just record footage with sound using any recording program (I use Fraps).
That's cool that you know how to make animations. I've tried and didn't succeed. Also in-game animations are more smooth for my liking so I prefer to struggle on finding fitting one 😂 About smoking mod/animation I think I saw it somewhere before. You can try to check it out. Even if you will make more improved version of it you can look up how that was made 😊
Just Alise Thanks for responding! I do know how to record with sound and whatnot. I really enjoy making Machinimas. I like to use a combination of real gameplay and WW animations, among others, to make a full story. It’s actually pretty realistic with a full story and all. Either way, great work again!

What's some advice do you have for someone who wants to make machinima's? This was a great machinima. I hope there will be a second part to this!
I'm not good in advising people but from the simple perspective of what I've learned from making machinimas is that most important thing is dedication and being patient. It's not easy to make cool looking shots and make a mini movie out of it. So there's ups and downs but it's important to don't give up and get it to the perfection. Make it so you could be proud of your work.
If you'll have a questions on technical parts of machinima making I'll be glad to answer. But for now this is what I can advise you.

this is an amazing work!!! Congrats! About the house where you made the scenes with young Lara and her father’s death, can I find it on the gallery? I’ve been searching for a croft manor to live in the game for a while now and none of those I found look so cool as this one, even though I’ haven’t seen more of this house, I can tell it is great! maybe it’s just your lovely and well done work with the cameras that gave me this spark of croft manor, idk.

I'm always glad to answer on comments! 🤗 And if you watch till the end he's not dead tho 😁 But the whole shebang isn't in the water it's in two substances(water + electricity) that are not comparable. For example if you throw working hairdryer(or any electric object in general) in the water it won't work after that coz it will burn down. Here I've used same logic. But I understand your misunderstanding in this, tbh I was little unsure about that part and if people will understand it, but lucky for me you are first who noticed and shared concerns about that. So I am trying my best to make an interesting story with use of animations we have for the second part, hope there's gonna be no questionable moments.

Answering your question I can say in this particular case I've used a clip of her on green screen(Chromakey or Ultra Key in Adobe Premire) and made straight mask transition for scenes behind. So it looks like she "erase" front scene and opens scene behind.

I have a question about that last scene with little Bella/Lara and her parents. What exactly happened? I mean, did Bella wanted to stay with them or not?
In my mind it was about the fact that she had a chance to be resurrected from the dead and they didn't. Partly maybe she didn't want to come back coz she saw them on the other side. Life and death always complicated we all have different regrets about it all. I was partly guided with that feeling she had by my own experience.

What is your computer specs and editing tool.
I edit in Premiere Pro. My graphic card is GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. 16 GB of RAM. Processor is AMD FX-6300. I don't remember motherboard name so hope those will be enough.

Ofc that require a lot of patience and time 😂 But everyone can do that it needs only a little more dedication and inspiration.

I use only basic mods. Like MCC, Pose player, UI cheats. All animations you've seen here are in-game animations, none of them have been downloaded.

I hope you make more machinimas. You have a very good imagination. I just started getting into Sims 4. last time I touched the Sims was on the GameCube for the Sims 2 lol. I want to make machinimas but lol I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm still learning the mechanics of my Sims and how to control them. I keep seeing all these cool machinimas and I feel a bit discouraged.
@@nicowagon5418 thanks hun. I trying my best 😊 To be honest I'm also sort of new to Sims 4 filming and I still don't know all animations they could do. I probably wasn't paying attention when I was playing it for few years so there's also some kind of learning curve. But I've also been filming videos in Sims 2 before and it gave me foundation and understanding of things about camera controls and etc. I only wish someone could make pose packs with in-game animations to make it easier to find right one without search them by hand in notepad 😂
Is the swordfighting part of get famous or a mod?
Sword fight are from Get Famous. There's standpoints you can use to recreate it without any mods. They are career rewards and placed I believe in decorations.
