Yeah James it sounds a lot like their Black Kraken Clay which I tried a few months back. I’ve never had a stronger hold from a product, or texture. My hair would not move and the texture would stay locked. In a weird way though it was too dry and stiff for me, and I wasn’t a huge fan of the scent. I will say that it’s the most unique product I’ve used since the first crystal lake formula. Almost like a heavy foam scooping out, breaks down into a lotion, then is sticky during application.
Hi james, Here is a little question about the pomp website forum . Did it closed? Since I prepare for my test, I didn't see it,. Until today I go to The Pomp web and I cannot find the icon for forum. Thank you. Have a nice day.
Got my first pot of Oasis today. Smells great, has a fantastic hold, but I'm not sure about the consistency. Looks nothing like in this video, appeared more like a cracked and arid desert.
I'm glad that this clay can be suited for both textured and cleaner styles - this is something I probably need to look into despite not being so big on clays. Wonder how it compares to American Gardens
If you're not a fan of clays - it really depends on what you tend to dislike about them when it comes to whether or not you'll like this product. I bought it and I wasn't too impressed as I just really hate how it scoops and is too grippy when it applies.
No more pomades of 2018?
There will never be another James Bui. You will forever be missed , my friend
What happened? Did he die?
@@geneticfreak84 No, he decided to hand this channel off to a friend to focus on his studies in business.
geneticfreak84 you had no filter haha, made me laugh.

Apply it on damp hair or pre style it with a tonic to reduce the grippyness.

No one finger combs in hair product as vigorously and cool looking as you do man.
it is super strong, *IT IS ABSURDLY STRONG*
Does it seem like it has alot of wax?
I need to try this Clay
Is this better hold than cavalier?
Young A.I. Yep, it’s less grippy and better for tropical countries

Pico Ferret I think they reformulated it cuz the consistency was screwed up..but it shouldn’t be like a desert, the new one smoother now
If your product is like that, it most likely dried out somehow. Once moisture escapes, the pomade usually shrinks and looks cracked.
What is this hairstyle called??
le pompadour
did you get the thicker batch or the new batch?
How does it compare to the summer pomade?
Same thing different scent
Very different product. But in terms of hold Oasis has a much higher hold.

That's a sick jar
You need some editing skills homie
You have nice FINE hair..
