Hello my amazing co-humans , at this moment in my life I am at a rehabilitation facility in Hamden cT and I’ve been doing the Dr Joe morning meditation and evening meditation at 4 a.m and at 8 p.m , I found him years ago , but now I’m hitting the work with a sharper consciousness . The avoidance of negative people had been difficult as many of my peers are stalking my generosity with tobacco , also at this facility many have been in and out of broken systems their whole lives and are perpetually in the DOC mindset. (No fault of their own). But I’m finding my self being bombarded , as I broadcast Lovè and positivity, a game of cat and mouse or lion and large rat just teasing. I move away from negativity to positivity only to have negativity attracted to twice the positive energy????. I suppose enough positive talking with either repel negativity or change the world around us.

I do and have done lots of positive affirmations and when ever something negative comes into my mind I Say No I did not give you any premission to inter my thoughts please remove your self and I then replace my thoughts with lots of love ❤️

So therefore we must become no thing, In no time, in no place. We must become pure consciousness fast. This video misrepresents who he is.

Sorry but it is disappointing. Each time a word is pronounced with the wrong sylable emphasis or used with the pronunciation of a homonym like: present versus present it' shifts your focus from the message. Plus when ther next word starts with the wrong emphasis or with no pause it duals down the message. Dr. Joe needs a better AI program or someone to re edit the material before release.
Now I realize why you keep mentioning the same thing over and over again cuz that's f****** it !! Repetition repetition repetition ! Damn I am a winner! I am the best ! I love me I want the best for me I am the best !

So you can listen to it as a meditation❣️💖 You can lay down, close your eyes and let the information reprogram your brain. I find it helpful.
